"Bye Mrs.Bella," I waved her as she drove away.She was going to a club.Man that lady could party.At work she's all sophisticated but after work she's a party animal.Some people obviously don't change.She's a very cool mom.
"Mmmm come on I need to get you home," Malik said getting in his car.I walked around to go sit at the back but the door was locked.
"Malik open the door," I shouted.
"No come sit at the front."
I puffed at this then went to sit in the front passenger seat."Happy!"
"Very," he said then started the engine.It was about a 30 minute drrive home.I was so exhausted,I still felt sleepy.I almost fell asleep in the car but the constant beeping of cars kept me awake.
"We're here," Malik said pulling up infront of my house.
I lifted my head and looked out the window,"Thanks for the ride."
"No prob," he smiled.I hugged him and he hugged back then I got out the car."Tell your grandma I said hello."
"I will,bye," I said waving to him while I walked up to my front porch.He soon drove down the block and faded.
NEXT DAY
Oh I called my uncle I got some useful info.I had to write it down,it was alot.Last night was fun,I can't wait to tell Lola.I'll make sure to tell her he just wanna be friends.I gotta text her.
Lux: Hey girly
Lola: Sup chica,how was last night?
Lux: Good mmmmm I kinda saw his butt cheeks

Lux: Yeah he has cute butt cheeks

Lux: Well kinda,to his birthday party he said I'm his date.

Lola: Exactly.I have and he looks at you like your candy that he's eager to unwrap

Lola: I ain't driving you.

I can't believe her smh.She's so unpredictable.I think I'mma walk to school it's a 30 minutes walk.
"Bye grandma!" I shouted from the living room.

I ran out the door then stood in silence and sighed.
"Damn Lola,now I gotta walk."
I continued up the block walking as fast as I could.10 minutes of walking and my feet hurt,I should have worn my sandals today,damn.
