You see Hawk Moth wasn't always Hawk Moth his name was Le Papillon and Hawk Moth's not the rightful owner of his miraculous he'd stolen it from the real Le Papillon when he was distracted by the death of his partner Peacock and the person stolen his miraculous he became Le Papillon and did the unthinkable he somehow Akuma-tized the Kwami the Fairy that allows the miraculous wielder to become the heroes and once he akuma-tized the Kwami he akuma-tized Le Papillon and became Hawk Moth answered Silver Wolf

But wasn't Lady WI-FI and The Bubbler Villians asked Rose for the second time

Well they were but I've found out the Ladybug and Cat Noir are in love and expecting I decided to create two new miraculouses to temporary replace them until they're babies are born because fighting crime is dangerous alone and Ladybug being pregnant makes things more dangerous for her because the baby belly may slow her down more and she'll have to be more careful otherwise she'll loose the baby and the reason I've gotten a replenishment for Cat Noir is because I don't want Ladybug to grieve the loss of her Partner and the Father of her children and if she grieves than she might have a miscarriage and loose the baby so I created two new Miraculouses and decided that they'll be Lady WI-FI and The Bubbler answered Silver Wolf
