The late 1600's, the time of the witch trials. Death to all witches, or just death to those whom are considered witches whether they are just extremely beautiful or a hideous hag. Octavia Dei Winters, the 8th daughter of the unwealthy nobleman's family. She was an unwanted beauty with dazzling clear and radiant pale skin, her deep midnight black hair that fell naturally halfway down her back when down, and her sparkling pure blue eyes. Being the 8th daughter, and with no male to inherit any of the land or family business, the family kept her only as a mere slave despising her for both her gentleness and beauty. Despite all that the female remained blissfully happy. Or well she was before madness swept through the land.
Miss Adeline Grace, considered the lands most beautiful lady with her soft honey blonde hair and well curved body, was her /nemesis/. She'd married the only man who ever cared for Octavia, and then she murdered him sending Octavia into a never ending cycle of things. This is her story, or rather my story, I am Octavia Dei Winters.

"Do you plead guilty?" A man's voice rang out over the supposed courtroom. A couple of reveling young adults burned down the courtroom a few months back while intoxicated with whiskey.
"I have done no such crime to plead guilty of." I didn't dare make any eye contact with the crowd.
"Miss Adeline Grace, can you please recall the steps of that unfortunate night?"
"Why yes I can Judge! Me 'n my late husband were planning to...you know 'n so being the proper lady I am I went to wash up. Then I heard an awful lot of yelling from a woman," Miss Adeline Grace paused for dramatic effect deciding to spit my direction. "This here lady, if you can even call her that, was outside with my husband. The two were arguing 'bout something and god forbid I learn what it was."
"Move it along a little faster ma'am." The judge tipped his hat offering a charming smile. Who wouldn't be totally in a haze when looking upon Adeline? The men were especially attracted to her or rather her large bosom.
"Of course sir. So as I was saying I heard yellin'. So I walked to the window and she lifted up a large piece of wood and hit my dear husband repetitively until he was dead. The only way a woman of her stature could lift a piece of wood that large was if she was guilty of witchcraft. I hid behind my closet so she wouldn't see me. I'm very certain that it was that monster sir." Adeline flashed a slight confident smile my way, she knew I'd done nothing wrong.
I shut my eyes listening to the roar of the crowd. That wasn't what had happened. I'd been in the garden weeding the last of the plants at that time. Of course my parents knew I was there but they'd benefit if I died, then they wouldn't have to buy as much food.
"Miss Winters, we are giving you one more chance to plead. If you plead guilty the court will show mercy. Do you plead guilty of this monstrous crime?"
The eyes of everybody staring at me burned deep and seemed to strip me of my temporary sanity.
"I did not do this crime sir. I wouldn't murder my best friend."
"Then the court finds you guilty. You may burn her now folks. Make sure she does not survive. Fire will kill this witch!"
Flames swarmed around me. The last thing I remember was burning pain and then the flash of light that encased me completely.

My clothes had been burned off in the fire. So all I could do was stand out in the strange cold yet warm land. My toes curled around fluffy white material that felt like one would imagine a cloud to feel like. So this was heaven, right?
"Octavia!" A cheerful familiar voice called from behind me.
My eyes, slowly adjusting to the change in light, made out a faint outline of a male. The distance between us decreased and I slowly began to make out the light white blonde hair, pale skin, and purple eyes. It was Lucifer, the guy I supposedly murdered.
"Lucifer!" I shouted first excited then embarrassed. Why shouldn't I be? Both my breasts and everything down below was out in the open for him to stare out.
"Here take this." He handed me a long silky white dress, one of which you would imagine an angel would be wearing. "You look absolutely stunning."
"And you look absolutely alive." I felt my smile fade shifting to a frown. "She killed you didn't she." I watch him nod solemnly.
"Come along. The big guy would like to speak to you. He has a contract he'd like to set up."

Alright so I'm going to continue and try to work through my writing block. I'll try to improve my stories but as for now you can comment on my writing and what not. There's probably quite a few errors at the moment but I'll work to fix it.
