Application Form and Requirements

We are currently in need of judges, who are willing to read/critique/rate as many books that come in for judging. Please fill in the following form.

If we recruit you, there is no need to fill in this form. :)

In addition, we also require:

-A submission piece of 200 words or less (can be anything, it just shows us your writing style)

OR

A referral to one of your books, preferably a specific chapter. {We are looking for someone who can point out plot holes, character weakness, and tell a grammatically correct story from a grammatically incorrect story}

- A commitment of one year (entry to announcing period)
