Mark's POV

'Ding' 'ding', I heard from my nightstand, waking me from a beautiful dream. It was a text from my best friend, Felix. 'Hey' the first one said, 'Jack is having a party on Friday, you should come.' Felix and I have been friends for over 4 years, he was popular now, but he still would hang out with me, like play video games or just go do stupid stuff. He also knew my darkest secret...I'm gay. He also knew that only one man had all of my love. Jack McLoughlin (I know his name is Sean...but idc), and he loved to 'help me out' but getting me into his parties, but I just looked at him from a far, and every once in a while I'd see him look toward me...but I knew he wasn't looking at me. I would leave the party when I would see him talking to a girl or walking her away from the party.
'Okay, but we both know that I won't stay long. Homework and family.' I sent back; I lied, I said that I had family matters to take care of, and would see the sadness in Felix's eyes, but he would pretend that he believed me. I looked at the time, 5 in the morning...that little shit. Waking me up almost 2 hours before I even need to. I uncoved my legs and placed my feet onto the freezing wooden floors, immediately regretting it, and walked to the bathroom connected to my room. When I looked at myself in my mirror, my red hair was a bit of a mess, and you could see the sleeplessness on my face. I sighed and walked back to my window, there wasn't a car in the driveway or on the street so my parents were gone. I turned on my Bluetooth speaker and played an extreamely relatable song...God must Hate Me by Simple Plan. As it played, I got dressed and cleaned myself up, I put on my nice fitting jeans, my beanie, a grey v-neck and my lucky flannel...and my glasses...making myself look like a hipster, just missing a scarf and a cup of tea. I had about and hour and half until I'd actually walk up, so I walked out of my room and down the stairs to see my mom still standing there. I went mannequin mode, hoping that she would leave with noticing me.
"Hello Mark." She said, after I was standing there for about 2 minutes. I loudly sighed.
"Hi mom..." I said moving towards the fridge. "Don't you work today?" I asked and she looked at the clock.
"Yeah I have to leave in about 10 minutes...It's 5:30, why aren't you sleeping?" I forgot that she leaves when I'm still asleep.
"Felix sent me a text about going to a party on Friday, he likes to wake up early and get to school before everyone else." I said grabbing pop tarts. "Can you take me to school?" I asked as I opened the package. She sighed, but nodded, I followed behind her out to her car, it's was a blue 2013 Ford Explorer...a very 'mom' car.

After an about 5 minute drive, we arrived at Freedom High School, the name was very deceiving...Hell high is more like it... It  was still dark out and no one was there, then I saw a flash of green hair and then a dirty blonde haired boy stood outside a bit longer. I knew that it was Felix, after I said my good byes to my mom, I jumped out of the car and walked into the school...only to trip over the rug onto another person.

Jack's POV

I was walking back outside to find Felix, the little shit, disappearing before I could ask him about getting Mark to the party. When I'm suddenly on he ground. I open my eyes to see my face centimeters away from the red haired beauty. I smile slyly at him, I could see the redness flooding to his face. "Uhh...s-sorry...J-Jack." He stuttered as he got up...then I heard that demon's voice, 'he's a beauty. I'd love to bend him over and fuck him hard until he screams.' I tried my best to look calm, but I was screaming inside.
"It's fine Mark, have you seen Felix, I need to ask him about...something." I could see the surprise on his face.
"Y-you know my name?" He said, I nodded. "Oh um... He was outside be he disappeared when I got here." I quickly thanked him, and walked outside, quickly sending a text to Ana, my sister, and the only person who knew about my...condition. I had a split personality that was like a demon living inside of me, I don't know how he came to be, but he called himself Anti, he would rise up in me whenever I didn't the only medication that chained him to the the darkest part of my mind, but it's fading faster now then ever.
'Ana, I can feel him coming...what do I do?' I type urgently. Within seconds I get a text, 'I'm going to call the school, you need to come home before he comes out.' I didn't reply and ran to my car...quickly leaving and woundering why he commented about Mark.
