Leyla's favorite song was on.
And normally she hated dancing.
But here she was, dancing seductively (to the song above). It was upbeat, sexy, and the way her body twitched almost hypnotically to each beat, each bass, made everyone around her watch in awe.
Even the female dancers who'd normally occupy the stage tried matching her movements.

A thin layer of sweat covered her entire body but she didn't care. Her skin glistened under the strobe lights of the club but she knew how she looked for him.

And that's all that mattered.
And he would never stop watching her.

His prey

His prey. The woman he would fuck every night, and morning.
And any time their bodies craved.

He'd already seen every inch of her but at this moment, he craved her.
He stared intensely at her erratic movements in tune with the music but gaped at her as she dropped to her knees. She flipped her hair as she was on her knees and looked up to where Joker was sitting.

This part of the show was for him.
He didn't smile or react. He just kept watching intently. He didn't even notice the group of men arriving into the VIP room.
They stood before him, expecting him to turn to face them.
But his intense gaze was directed to Leyla.

He wanted nothing more than to satisfy his sadistic cravings

He wanted nothing more than to satisfy his sadistic cravings. To run his hard, pale fingers on her own pale skin.
To break her.

His mouth was agape as the man standing in front of him cleared his throat purposely.

"I know you're there," the Joker grinned, still looking at Leyla.
"It's nice to have you back, J," the man spoke kindly. He kept standing there.
Frost, who stood at the doorway, immediately broke the silence.
"Uh. Have a seat," he gestured with his hand to the seat across Joker's.
The Joker turned his attention to the man in front of him. A smile crept on his face.

"Oh you seem familiar! Tell me...do you have the keys?" The Joker asked.
The man nodded nervously and gave the Joker a set of keys.
"Everything. From the few clubs and restaurants to the warehouses." The man spoke almost nervously.

"Good." The Joker scanned the man up and down quickly. "And who were you to Tiger?" The joker asked with a scowl.

"His right hand." The man replied.

"That's a shame

"That's a shame...I already got a right hand." The joker turned to Frost. "Frosty boy? You think you'd need a lackey now that we have a much bigger territory?" The Joker asked mockingly.

Frost just chuckled and shook his head.
"Oh right," the Joker said. "You're right. We should just do away with him." The Joker took out his gun and pointed it to the man.

"Please! Don't! I don't know anything!" The man exclaimed fearfully.

"Heh. What a coward." A voice spoke from the entrance. The Joker recognized that seductive tone.
He smiled as Leyla walked in closer and closer to him.
Leyla looked at the man and rolled her eyes.

"You mean to tell me that your 6 foot 2 inch, muscular ass is afraid of these bozos?" Leyla scoffed as she pointed at the Joker. She was clearly mocking the man.
The man whimpered and looked down. Leyla's annoyance was apparent now as she grabbed the Jokers gun from him and shot the man between his eyes. Without warning or hesitation.

The Jokers face twisted in surprise and awe but he couldn't help but laugh. Leyla sat on his lap as she sheathed his gun in the thin leather strap on his shoulder.
"You really just killed him." He spoke as he cackled. "You've changed quite a bit toots," the Joker said as he pinched leyla's cheek.
Leyla smiled and sighed.
"I can't stand winy losers...especially grown ass men who cower." Leyla wrapped her arms around the Joker. "They need to be more like my Joker," she grinned at him.

He beamed at her but she suddenly stood.
"Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my little dance. It was just for you J," Leyla kissed the tip of his nose as walked to the door.

"Where you goin?" The Joker asked.
"Well, now I gotta go celebrate more. The mob boss just officially overtook a larger chunk of Gotham.
This city is yours baby. And so is this body," Leyla teased as she walked seductively out of the room and out into the dance floor again, blowing him a kiss.

He smirked and turned his attention to her once again, dancing slowly and seductively now, making him gape at her like before.

He had his queen.

He had his territory.

His mind wandered to the first few interactions with Leyla. That one moment in history she was hurt.
When she made him wonder about love.
The very word tugged at his heart strings. It weakened him and turned his knees to jelly, just like every time he'd see her.

So that's what love had done to mister J. It was his weakness and secret weapon.
With her he had conquered a larger mass of the very city he had come to call Home.

With her he had complete authority and confidence unlike never before.
With her, her love, he had the audacity he never knew he lacked. And it awakened something new.

He watched her twirl around one of the poles.
He had an intense amount of love for the woman.

And she had something for him.
Unbeknownst to them both, a little clown would enter their world in just months time and this family would continue their reign on Gotham.
