"Dean, just admit it!" You called out after him, exasperated, trudging through the dried mud, twigs threatening to snap under your feet.

"No," he stated forcefully, pulling back a low hanging tree branch as you followed behind him. "We are not lost."

"Yes we are!" You exclaimed, jogging forwards to catch up with him as he stormed off, determined to find the main road. "We've been out in these woods for hours looking for this damn Windego, which by the way Sam has probably found and killed by now, and we're here walking around aimlessly in the freezing cold because, oh, I don't know... Somebody got us lost!"

"I did not get us lost alright," Dean shouted, turning back to look at you. "Now shut up before something hears you, we don't know for sure if Sam has ganked it already," he lowered his voice as he turned his head back around to watch where he was putting his feet.

"Fine," you managed to get out, your patience wearing thin. "But that doesn't change the fact that we are lost, it's like 2am and I'm freezing my ass off back here," you pointed out, pissed at Dean for getting you in this mess even though you actually had it bad for him. This bickering was actually kind of a big turn on.

"You know what?" Dean said annoyed, coming to a stand still before turning his entire body to look at you, flashlight in one hand, gun in the other. "I've had enough of this." You could see his hands clenching around his gun as he spoke, lifting it up to point back the way you came. "If you are that damn cold then go back, or suck it up and stop complaining. It wasn't my idea to split up from Sam."

"No," you retorted. "But I wasn't the one that said, and I quote, 'We'll be fine, I've got great navigation skills.'"

A smug smile made it's way onto your face as you crossed you arms, proud as you saw Dean's expression change from angry to defeated. You knew how much this was affecting his ego and it was fun.

"Alright, you win," he grunted in reply as he stared moving again. "But we have to keep moving."

You stood still watching Dean storm off into the darkness, your feet hurting from the hours of wondering through the woods as you took a breath of reassurance and determination before carrying on after him.

"Dean," you called out after him again. God he could walk if he needed to. "Dean!"

"What?" he shouted back, still sounding pissed about what you said before.

You caught up to him for the second time, his body stood facing away from you, him refusing to look at you as you sighed.

"Look Dean, I'm sorry alright, I didn't mean it like that. It's just, I'm cold, tired, and the only thing of any significance to mankind is the main road and I have no idea which way that is."

"What are you trying to say?" Dean asked, his voice calmer now that you apologised.

"Maybe we should call it a night," you suggested, making sure the safety was on your gun before tucking it behind your belt.

"And how do you suppose we do that?" He replied, copying your actions and doing the same with his ivory handled gun that you loved but would never admit to.

"Well I'm not the one who said I was a hiking expert buddy," you chuckled to try and lighted the mood. "What do you think?"

Dean's gaze looked around, his body still as he tried to think of what to do. You stood there, shifting in your spot before Dean's gaze came to you, a sparkle in this eyes that he masked from his face, an idea popping into his head.

"Take off your clothes," he said in a gruff voice, walking over to you slowly.

"Wh-what?" you stuttered, confused about where this was coming from as you mind swirled with dirty images.
