day 1 of mumbai

This story is from point of view of Kaira. Here you'll know about her one part of a life from what happens & what she thinks when whatever happened.

It was a day of 1st August 2018. On Sunday morning Kiara reached Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji station from Ahmadabad.

Intro~~~
Kaira she was ambitious, focused & an ambivert person.

She studied computer science & technology And also did her MBA.

She was a true complete academic geek. she recently got a job at M&M company in Mumbai.

The station was full of chaos. People were running here and there. But
I managed to come outside of the train in a rush with the huge bags anyhow. Packing bags light wasn't an option because it is like I'm taking my whole life from one City to another.

I am dragging one trolly bag in my right hand from behind. I've carried one tracking bag on my back and one side bag and I am already immensely tired. Arghh  I need to work out.

Just as  I was about to reach the entrance of the station
"Ouch. Hey.." one man came running towards me from my behind out of nowhere almost tripping me with my bag.

"Sorry was running late." He shouted running ahead.

Welcome to Mumbai Kiara get the habit of this.

Finally, I came out and saw my name on cardboard held by a man. Miss kiara. This was on my bucket list to have your name on cardboard held by like this waiting for you. 

I waved at him and showed him my ID. He smiled at me and took my trolly bag. We put my bags in the back of the car and sat.

"Should we go?" He asked looking at me.

"Yeah" I replied smiling at him.

I'm ready.

At last, one of the biggest dreams is coming true. It is a big deal to get a job at M&M tech company which is one of the leading tech company in India and it also holds a top reputation in the global market.

Finally staying up all night studying and working in small companies to get experience helped me to get a job here.

I still can't believe I got the job it still feels like a dream. Can you relate to me?
When you've wished for something so hard and when it comes true it feels surreal. This is what I am feeling right now.

I started looking through window. There was little nervousness but excitement too.  I see buildings and they are so tall that I can't even see the top of the building from my window.

"Building is so tall that your neck will hurt looking up for it." He chuckled.

I nodded chuckling back.

There are local markets, fashion street, some famous designer studios.

YAASSS.

  and FAMOUS Mumbai traffic.

ARRGHH.

One thing I really don't like is traffic. Guess who'll be taking the trains.

From now I've to go through this traffic daily. I murmured. Lol but I'm so happy I'll be leaving on my own now.

And driver dropped me at my apartment where I'll be leaving from now onwards which is given by the company. I  thanked the driver and we brought out my bags. He first declined and said it's his jobs but I said no I'll help.

A- Because I am the one who actually needs help with the bags.
B- I packed it so I know how heavy I've kept it.  He for sure will need help.

He led me towards women who I guess was waiting for me.

"Hi, I'm Jasmin I'm from M&N company. this is your key and some papers & stuff of company .report tomorrow at 9:00 a: m, this car will take & drop you from now onwards" Jasmin employee of M&N said to me.

"Hey, thank you, I'll reach tomorrow on time. Nice to meet you" I said with a smile.

" My pleasure and sorry for brief conversation but I'm running late."

"It's okay," I said smiling.

" Welcome to the Mumbai" Jasmin said by handshaking.

" Thank you" Kaira.

I went towards the lift & reached at 802. I  opened the door with a key and went inside. I and driver whose name is Ram took my bag inside.

"I'll see you tomorrow". I nodded and closed the door and I  started doing what I'm feeling inside. I started dancing and jumping.

"Woohoo... Yyeeaahh ... I am so happy. I got to live and get a job in Mumbai yeah I am so happy" I said running basically in my whole apartment.

My apartment. Well not exactly mine but as long as I'm doing here job.

I  checked the home and went to the balcony which was facing another building and complex but in between, there was an apartment garden. Thankfully It wasn't a complete concrete view, after all, I like the peaceful view more as I've grown up having it.

It was 1:00 pm I  took lunch I ordered & started putting my stuff long breath of happiness and freedom.
