===================================================

The last scene...

On that day it rained heavilly. They were standing on the rooftop, far away from the little town. Surrounded by the SWAT-Team and dead bodies. Just a few moments ago, Hae Rang barged with Kim Tae Won from the roof to saving the others from him and his grenade. Not sure if he survived or died with Tae Won.

"Put your gun down and captulate!", Soo Hyuk said calmly and took a step forwards. "Soo Hyuk! What are you doing?! Arrest them now!", his chief yelled through the walkie-talkie. The men pointed their guns at Hae Jin. He immediately took his gun again and shouted,"Put your guns down, you widows!". Utterly out of control he began to shot and hit Soo Hyuk's leg. The SWAT-Team planted themselves in front of the injured man and hid him with their shields.

"No! Stop!", the latter shouted, "Ri Hae Jin! Please Stop! You can live, boy!"

"You think that we become South Korean's lapdogs once our fatherland ditches us?! You widows!", Hae Jin began to shot again. But this time they returned the fire. Several bullets hit him and his protection vest. Ryu Hwan placed himself in front of his member and dragged him along till they reached the edge and fell. The two impinged upon the hard ground.

"Call the ambulance!", Soo Hyuk hurried hobbling downstairs. He promised himself that he will save them. Now he has stick to it. Finaly the ambulance arrived and drove the casualties to the hospital.

Mi Young was sitting alone in her room and reading her book but she couldn't concentrate on her novel. Her mind would always drifted to her father. All the day long she had this uncomfortable feeling. Mi Young was worried, her father didn't come home for the past three days. When somebody ringed the bell, she stood sighingly up and made her way to the door. "Oh Mr. Kang! What are you doing here?" Mr. Kang was her father's colleague and best friend. Long time ago the two friends made a promise between them. If one of them died, the other would know it first of all and take care of his family. Now Mr. Kang stood in front of their house. He felt uneasy and swallowed hard and tipped from one foot to the other one, "Mi Young... Your father. He's in the hospital." Miyoung was shocked. "Is he...alive?", she asked him. Unsure if she really wanted to hear the answer. "I don't  know.", he said and he really meant it. All what the doctor told was that he should come with Soo Hyuk's daughter.

Once they arrived at the hospital, they rushed to his room. Both were relieved when they found his room. Her father lay there still in his coma from the surgery. He would wake up in a few hours, the doctor told them. "You must be hungry and thirsty. Go and buy something, I'll keep an eye on him." She was indeed hungry and little bit thirsty from the running. Well she haven't eat anything the whole day.

While walking around the hospital she took little bites from her sandwich and let her glance wander. Then her eyes landed on him. She immediately stopped and watched him through the small window. The guy just lay there, lifeless. Many hoses came from his body, keeping him alive. She guessed that he was about her age. "I wonder what happenend to him. He looks so pale and weak.", she mumbled quietly. The longer she looked at him the she recognize his handsomeness. Instantly a blush creeped on her cheeks. What the hell am I thinking? She mentally slapped herself. Somehow Mi Young felt attracted to him. Room 259 Ri Hae Jin. At least she should know his name she thought and took a sip from her drink. Mi Young was about to go back to her father when she heard the nurses whispering about the boy and his comrades.

"It's really a miracle that they survived."

"Yes, normally people would die if they fell from this height. Especially when they got hit by several bullets!"

"They have a strong volition."

"And they're very handsome~"

The two young nurses couldn't stop to giggle.

"I wonder if they have girlfriends or any relatives."

"It doesn't seem so."

She would definitive come often and take care of him.
