Forgotten

The first day

I just moved to British Columbia and wanted to explore the place a bit so I decided I would look around. I went to a few different shops around where I lived but that got boring fast. When I was walking I was thinking about where I could go, so I decided to explore a forest by my house.

     When I was walking home I met some people, their names were Melissa, Emily and Cara. We became friends really quickly but I wanted to go explore so we said our goodbyes and I went home to put on some better shoes then what I had on. When I had on my new shoes I left the house and went to the closest forest, which was just a couple of blocks away from my house. When I walked into the forest it looked very large.

     I went deeper into the forest when I soon realized I had forgotten my phone at home but I didn't bother to get it because I just thought I would go home soon. As I went deeper in the forest I got a bit scared because the scenery around me was making it darker and darker, I lost track of time and decided I had to go home, but I didn't know which way was back.

     I decided to go the way that looked the lightest but all the paths looked the same so I had to guess. I decided to go east, I just thought that whatever way I went it would lead to something or someone. Although I thought that all the paths would lead to something I turned out to be wrong.
