A/n: Hey really quick, I'd like to say I couldn't find anything about Shayne'sbrothers, or nieces names. His family's names I made up.
(Your POV) ~3 months later~
Shayne and I have been dating for three months now and I have to say, it's been the happiest I've ever been in a while. Christmas is coming up and my parents expect me to come home to (h/s) but to be honest I don't really want to see them. We fought the week before I left for college about my filming future, but I should at least see them so I'm going home around New Years. Shayne said he'd go with me. Shayne's mom invited us both to come over for Christmas so we're going to spend Christmas with his family.
The day before Christmas Shayne and I drive just a little bit outside of L.A. to his parents' house, and I then got a call from my mom.
"Hey mom. What's up?" I answered.
"Hey sweetheart, when are you coming home for Christmas?" Mom asked.
"I'll be coming up towards New Years with my boyfriend Shayne." I told her.
"Oh, good we get to meet him. From what you said he's sounds like a good guy." Mom said.
"He is mom. You'll like him. I can't answer for Dad though." I said.
"Your father just wants what's best for you. I'm sure he'll like Shayne." Mom replied.
"Hopefully, well I got to go. I'll talk to you later. Bye." I said.
"Bye." Mom said as she hung up the phone.
I hung up and starred out the window. Shayne looked over at me. "Hey is everything alright?" He asked. "Yeah I'm just thinking about my parents." I replied. "Do you want to talk about it?" He asked. "No. It's just weird." "How weird?" He asked. "My mother hasn't called me once since I left home. She sounded like she's hiding something from me. Who knows." I said. Shayne reached over and took my hand. "I'm sure everything's fine." He said. I smiled at him. "Thanks." I said. "For what?" "For making me feel better." I said. Shayne then got a call from his mom telling him that his brothers will also be joining us for the holidays. Shayne was excited because he would get to see his nieces that he hasn't seen in a long time.
When we arrived at his parents place, his brothers were already there. It's was a one story light brown house with a porch.

Shayne opened my door for me while I was gathering my stuff. One of Shayne's nieces spotted him and ran out. "SHAYNE!!" She said. Shayne turned around. "Hey Aria. How's my number one niece?" He said, as she jumped into his arms. I smiled. "I'm good. Mommy brought her homemade rice crispy treats." Aria smiled. "Oh cool. Hey Aria, this is (y/n). My girlfriend." Shayne said, smiling. "Hi." I said, waving. "Hi. Your pretty." She said. "Aw thank you." I said. "Your welcome. Come on you have to meet everyone." She said, taking my hand. "Hold your horses. We have to get the presents and our things first." Shayne said. "Ok." Aria replied. "Aria? Aria? What are you doing out here?" a woman's voice said. "I'm here with Shayne and (y/n), mommy." Aria said. "Who's (y/n), baby?" Her mom asked, holding an toddler. "Uh...Amanda. This is my girlfriend, (y/n)." Shayne said, arm around my waist. I waved. "Oh hi. I'm Amanda. Shayne's sister-in-law and this is Taylor, my youngest." Amanda said. "Oh my gosh. She's adorable. How old is she?" I asked. "She's 18 months." Amanda said. "Aww. I just want to pinch those cheeks." I said. "Well, shall we go inside then?" She replied. Shayne and I grabbed our bags and followed them inside. As we entered the house, Shayne's mother greeted us.
