It was time for maghrib and adhan went off. Yet ihsaan didn't go to masjid to pray. Ilham went up to give him tea and wake him up to pray. she went up to her room and knocked the door, but their was no response. So she opened it and went inside. Their he was sleeping like a baby in the cot. She just went and admired him for a minute. Indeed He looked so handsome. She doesn't no how to wake him up. She kept the tea beside the table. She poked him " ihsaan wake up its time to pray maghrib" she said. He tossed and turned but didn't open his eyes. She again poked his shoulder calling "ihsaan" . Suddenly she was pulled to the bed. "Aaaaaahhh"
ihsaan thought it was afham who is waking him. So he pulled her to bed. Wen he heard Ilham shouting then he realised tat it was Ilham not afham!!! He opened his eyes and saw Ilham trying to get free from his hold. He got up and stood out of the bed."sorry sorry I thought it was afham" she looked at him. she also stood out from the bed and said" it's ok I came to wake u up. It's time to pray maghrib!!!" Ihsaan jus nodded is head. "I'm really sorry ilham" he said again. "It's ok. U didn't do it intentionally". Their was silence between them. " drink the tea before it gets cold" "oh k k".
She went inside the restroom to make wudu. Her heart rate was high. She kept her hand in her heart and the heart beat came to normal. Heat raised i her neck when she thought of ihsaan pulling her in bed. Ya Allah!!! After making wudu she left to room.
When she entered ihsaan was talking with sum one in phone smiling. She spread musallah to pray when she heard ihsaan sayin " wait let me do wudu and come , I'll lead u in prayer"
Ilham saw him with wide eyes and asked"what????"
Ihsaan felt ashamed of himself. What have I done??? Nw ilham wil think bad abt me!!! Ilham went to restroom. He was drinking the tea when he saw his phn vibrating. It was his best friend sultan. He congratulated ihsaan fr his wedding and was asking him tat y didn't he invite him? Tats wen ilham came out doing wudu.he disconnected the call telling him tat he has to pray. Suddenly a thought crossed his mind wen he saw ilham spreading musallah when he said to wait for him. She asked him what with a shocked reaction. "Why? can't a husband and wife pray together???"
She blinked at him and nodded. He went inside to the restroom. She moved to the balcony and saw the cresent in the sky which is getting darker. She thought of rayan. "Rayan I miss u, I knw U miss me too. Vl love u always" she felt tears in her eyes..
She felt someone standing behind her and hurriedly wiped her eyes. She heard him say "shall v". She turned and nodded her head smiling.
He saw her crying so didn't disturb her. He went and stood behind her. He saw her wiping her eyes when asked her shall v. She turned and nodded her head smiling. The musallah was spread already fr him. She said the iqqamath and then he started the salah. She felt peace hearing his recitation and both asked dua together to give happiness in this life and hereafter!!!!
