Tasha's pov
That's it. We fought. I didn't have a choice but to slap her. Yes, her. Anisha. I freaking slapped Anisha. She made me to and I didn't even have a little remorse for slapping her. That incident hurted me alot not for slapping her but the thing that made me to slap her. When I was cleaning our bedroom I spotted a cigarette. Anisha wasn't at home at that time. She was in school. I took that thing from her closet. I stood there in complete muteness, astonished! The thing that I just found gave me a cardio attack. She smokes? I sat on the bed brokenly not knowing what to do! I cried over and over thinking about her. How her life is going to be? Why is she changing? Did I missed giving sister's love towards her? No. We were close, we were really close but nowadays she's not talking to me but in the phone. Texting and grinning, looking at the screen! Is the phone more important than me?
So, I took the cigarette piece and kept it in a place so that I could ask her after she returned from the school. I waited patiently for her arrival. She came stressfully and entered the room, locking herself in it. I gave her some time. She used to tell every single thing that happened in school after she returned home. But now, it's totally upside down. Why? Just why? I thought of knocking her room door but my inner soul asked me to give her some time, as she will be tired. That late evening of the day around 8.30pm she came out of the room to take her dinner. She didn't let out a word. I served the food that she was waiting for and sat for dinner with her too.
I gave her some time to open about the issue but her concentration was on the food. I finally picked a conversation.
"Anisha, I saw a cigarette on your closet. What the hell is going on with you? You smoke?" I straighten the topic.
She looked at me with furry, anger in her eyes. She was quiet for a second before she spoke up.
"It's nothing related with you. Don't interfere, Sha. " She was harsh enough.
"Do you think that I will leave like this? You are smoking Anisha. You never talk to me like this before. You're changing?! You get me? You are changing! Now tell me since when you started to smo-"
"I'm warning you, Sha Don't interfere in this. It's nothing to you. Shut up and go on with your life. Dont judge me. I know what I'm doi-"
That's it. I slapped her. I slapped her with all my might. With the anger inside of her , she pushed the food onto the floor. In seconds, the plates and bowls that were on the table broke into pieces . The dishes that I prepared for her were destroyed by herself.
My eyes went moist. She was rough enough.
"Anisha, what's this? I prepared these for you! Why are you being so rude? " I calmed myself knowing that she will get angry further. Yes she did. She talked rudely again which made my hand to hold her wrist tightly not letting her to go to the room.
"I'm warning you again and again, Tasha. Stop interfering in my life! "Now, do you get me?"
I raised my fist again in anger and hurt, unfortunately she pushed me to the wall till my back hit it deeply. I just heard the loud bang of the door as she stormed into the room.
I picked myself up from the floor and looked at the room door. Why? Why? The moist eyes of mine finally delivered a hot tear. I made myself to clean the mess. My heart sank in a deep confusion and hurt, thinking about her life.
"Hey, woah! What's happening? Did you just roll over the table or the cat went through your table? " A familiar masculine voice distracted me!
I looked up to see Shan standing there with a puzzled expression. Seeing him, my eyes occurred a tear. He straightforwardly came to me and hugged me tightly, not knowing what happened in the previous scene. He calmed all my nerves hugging me tightly. The warm of his made me feel secured.
He helped me clean the huge mess and asked me out. I didn't even hesitate a little as I needed to go out to release my stress and talk to him about my sister. We went to the beach. For my surprise, I saw him.
