Revelations [A Thorki Fanfic]

Chapter 2

Thor stood there for a while, staring in shock and confusion. When he finally snapped out of his confusion, he realized his brother had left his scepter behind. The blonde picked up the scepter and went to find Loki, mumbling something about returning his scepter to no one in particular. Thor made his way to Loki's room and knocked on his door.

A shaky voice came from inside. "Whoever it is...g-go away." Thor ignored him and opened the door.

Loki was curled up into a ball on the floor, sobbing. Thor immediately walked over to Loki and crouched down near him, gently placing a hand on his shoulder. Loki quickly jerked out of Thor's reach.

"Loki...are you okay?" Thor asked, voice cracking slightly. "G-go away!" Loki cried, backing away further. "Not until you tell me what's wrong." Loki curled up tighter and began sobbing  harder. Thor began getting even more worried by the second.

"Loki, I beg you, please tell me what's wrong." Loki drew a shaky breath. "Thor...I-i don't know how to explain...I'm not your brother." Thor stared at the ground as Loki continued. "I-i'm...actually a frost giant...Laufey's son."

Thor was stunned by the news. "So...how did you end up in Asgard?" He asked. "...Odin found me abandoned after the war..." Thor continued staring at the ground in shock. "S-so you're actually a frost giant?" Loki could only nod in reply, slightly scared of how Thor would react.

"I still love you the same," Thor said with certainty in his voice. "R-really?" Loki asked, slightly surprised as he wiped a tear from the corner of his eye. "Why?"

"Because you'll still be my brother, no matter what. Being a frost giant doesn't change anything." Thor replied sweetly as he gently placed a hand on Loki's cheek, causing a light blush to rise to Loki's cheeks. Thor smiled as he gently wiped away Loki's tears with his thumb. Thor slowly leaned in and placed a kiss on Loki's lips. Loki's eyes shot open but they soon fluttered shut as he slowly kissed back.

Thor pulled away after a bit before standing up and walking out,leaving Loki stunned yet smiling happily.
