It was another day in Derrick's and John's lives. The two were best friends and today they were at nightclub to celebrate Derrick graduating from college. This was the day Derrick was also planning to tell John about his feelings. The two had been friends from first grade and Derrick always had feelings towards John and today was the day he was going to confess.
"So, John, remember I told you that I needed to tell you something?" Derrick asked, nervousness evident in his voice. "Yup!" John chirped. This was what Derrick loved about John. He was always so confident, so carefree, never had a care in the world.

Derrick cleared her throat and then started his confession. "You see, John , I, um, I kinda, well I..." He kept going. John smiled reassuringly and said, "Hey, it's okay. Whatever it is, you can tell me, I'll always be here for you, I promise." John words made Derrick feel so confident that he didn't realize when he said, "I love you!" John chuckled and said, "I love you too, we're best friends." Derrick gulped and shook his head. "No, you don't get it. I LOVE you, I'm attracted to you. I want to date you, kiss you, do all those things like couples do. I've always loved you from the very first day I saw you. Only you, you're the only thing I'll see forever, in my eyes, in my words and in everything I do." John was speechless. He started shaking her head, muttering, "No, no, no!" Then he got up and ran out the room. "John, NO!!" Derrick screamed, tears running down his eyes. His love story had ended before it even began.

A/N: Hehe, that was so mean, I know :D

But anyways, I wrote that like years ago, literally. And I was going through some stuffs and saw it and decided to post it. It was originally meant to be with a specific person in here, but if that person sees this, which that person can since that person has wattpad, then that person will happily strangle me, before tossing me into a tank of man-eating sharks. Or is it woman-eating sharks?
