In the beginning, there were only two things for certain in life. Man was above the world, and God was the only thing above Man. For centuries, Man would continue its onslaught. Their flames leading trails throughout history. Permanently scaring time itself, leaving most to stray away from the ancients beliefs of God. For if the world truly was what God intended it, why must they continue to crusade against themselves? Why must God punish all, if only a few stray away from his teachings? This is the thinking of Mankind, that no longer does God dwell above them. God was just an excuse for another human to fight. It has sicken not only God, but all holy beings under his light. The angels have become angered by Man's ignorance. An anger more fierce than any other seen before. An anger I regret to have felt in my time. Then again, who am I? I am Cervantes, an angel of the Lord entitled to watch over the seas with my brothers and sisters. I was with God when Moses split the Red Sea. I watched as the humans who called themselves Spanish, constructed a fleet over two hundred ships strong. Only for the Lord to condemn them to death for there indiscretion. The amount blood that has been spilt in the oceans of the Earth, out numbers even the creatures God carefully gave life too. Over the centuries I have grown in interest of Mankind. They're lives are so unique, each one spending their lives going from place to place trying to find their escape from reality. I have never truly loved, nor cared for the humans. Only curiosity. This brings me to now, when the story begins. Yet when it also ends. This is the end of dyas for the damned, and mayhaps even for God himself. Time is a concept that is absent in heaven. However, on Earth, the humans would call this time 2024. No longer will Man put himself above the Lord. It is God's time, it is Our time to restore the Earth to what it was. To rid it of its greatest plague. Man will fall, and we as protectors, shall bring glory back to God and Heaven.
