Chapter 6

This phone call thing really scares me. I feel like I should tell Niall, but he'll probably flip out about it. Maybe I'll tell him tonight.

I should tell Kayla, though.

I'll just text her to come in my room. I don't really want to make a scene and go in the room where everyone is and take her with me. Then Niall will wonder what's up.

I send the text telling Kayla to come in my room and just wait for the message to say read.

It finally does and I can hear her footsteps coming into my room.

"It's me." Kayla says as she knocks on my door.

"It's open." I tell Kayla as she walks in.

"Couldn't get off your butt and come and get me?" Kayla says while laughing.

"Oh, shutup." I say to Kayla.

I know she's joking.

"No, I have to tell you something important and I didn't want to make a scene in front of Niall. So I just texted you cause I knew you'd just get up and come in here."

"Oh ok. So what's important that you just had to tell me? I have to go back and talk to Harry." Kayla says.

"Well he can wait." I tell Kayla.

"I got this phone call. And it really scared me." I say to Kayla."

"What did they say?" Kayla asks me.

"They said like this is no one you know. You don't want to know me. You wouldn't want to meet me. If you keep the secret untold, you will not have any troubles. But if you make the secret know you won't wanna know what happens. It was some deep, scary guy's voice." I tell Kayla.

My hands are shaking right now.

"That's freaky. Are you gonna tell Niall?" Kayla asks me.

"Well that's what I was gonna ask you about. Should I tell him?" I ask Kayla.

"Um. Well, you probably should. Like, what if it's some evil guy that he knows? What if this guy wants to kill you?" Kayla tells me.

"Oh, well that makes me feel a lot better. What if he'll kill me?" I tell Kayla.

"Stop. It's okay. You don't even know who this guy is. It'll be fine. Just tell Niall tonight. All the other guys will be gone, and I'll be gone tonight too, so you guys will be alone." Kayla tells me.

"Wait, where are you going?" I ask Kayla.

"Oh, me and Harry are gonna go do something tonight." Kayla tells me and smiles.

"Ooh, you guys just met though?" I say to Kayla.

"Yeah, but I really like him, and I can tell he likes me, so why not, right?" Kayla says.

"You're right. Have fun then!" I tell Kayla.

"Oh, believe me, I will. And you and Niall have fun, too, ok?" Kayla says, smiling and laughing.

"Hey, I hardly know him. Think of how I met him! In an alley! He had been stalking me, basically! And he found mine and Elle's apartment, too." I tell Kayla.

I don't want to tell Kayla that I actually kind of like Niall, even though how I met him.

"Well, still. You guys are gonna be alone here tonight, and he really, really likes you." Kayla says.

"I know, but I don't think anything is going to happen tonight." I say to Kayla.

"You never know. Well I'm gonna get back in there and talk to Harry. I'll talk to you later though." Kayla tells me as she leaves the room.

****Later that night****

I'm still sitting in my room. I heard Niall's friends leave like 10 minutes ago. I assume that Kayla and Harry left together, too.

I hear a couple soft knocks on my door.

"Can I come in?" Niall asks.

"Yea, it's open." I tell him.

Well, I guess I'll have to tell him sooner or later.

Niall comes in and sits on the bed, right next to me.

" Did everyone leave?" I ask him.

"Yea, a little while ago. They all really liked you." Niall tells me.

"We'll that's good." I say.

"Yea, I knew they would. Kayla and Harry left together too." Niall says while smiling a bit.

"Oh yea, Kayla told me. She seemed happy about it." I say to Niall, smiling.

"Yeah, they seemed pretty into each other." Niall tells me.

"Definitely. Listen, there's something I also wanted to tell you." I say to Niall.

I'm so nervous right now. I don't know how he's going to react.

"What is it. Are you okay?" Niall asks, moving closer to me.

"Well, um, I got this phone call. It was from some guy with a really deep voice. And he said like this is no one you know. You don't want to know me. You wouldn't want to meet me. If you keep the secret untold, you will not have any troubles. But if you make the secret know you won't wanna know what happens." I tell Niall.

I'm crying right now. Hard. It feels so good to get that off of my chest, but Niall looks pissed.

"I can't fucking believe this! I thought this would happen, but not so soon. I'm so sorry that this happened." He says while moving by me, then hugging me. I hug him back.

"It's ok, it just really scared me." I say, I'm still kind of crying though.

"Hey, there's no need to be scared. I'm here for you." Niall tells me while breaking the hug, but still staying close by my side.

Do I want him close to me? I mean, I did just meet him. Well, kind of. He's know me for a while now. I guess there couldn't really be harm in it.

"It's okay, you don't have to cry anymore." Niall tells me while looking straight into my eyes and brushing my tears away.

He's really sweet. When he touches my cheek and brushes the tears away, it feels like electricity is going through me.

Maybe I actually want to be closer to him. Because I have to admit it, I can feel a connection between the two of us.

Niall starts slowly leaning into me.

He's going to kiss me.

I start to lean into him and our lips touch. He grabs my waist and pulls me closer to him. I put my hands on his back and pull him closer to me until out bodies touch.

I feel like there's this energy that's pulling us together. I didn't know that I wanted to do this tonight. But I'm glad that I am.

I bring my hands up to head and start running my fingers through his hair. Our bodies don't have any space between them. This kiss was so passionate, we didn't even need air at the moment.

We both pull away at the same time, breathing heavily.

Did I really just do this? Yeah, I don't care though. It was amazing and I loved every second of it. I guess Kayla was right. Something did happen tonight.

"That was amazing." Niall says.

"Yea, it was." Is all I can manage to say right now.

Niall puts his arm around me and we both eventually fall asleep.
