Sick Niam (Family Edition)

Chapter 5

Liam walked into the master bedroom to check on Niall while the kids were eating lunch.

"Babe.. You awake?" Liam whispered moving the hair from Niall's face

"Yeah.." Niall mumbled opening his eyes

"The kids are eating if you want anything? You should probably get something in your stomach" Liam informed him

"Uh.. Yeah, sure" Niall agreed heading to the kitchen with Liam

"Daddy" the boys said being careful not to be too loud

"Hey" Niall whimpered sitting down in a chair

"Here ya go" Liam said placing a piece of toast and a bowl of soup in front of Niall

He grimaced at the sight of it as it made his stomach turn.

"Thanks" Niall mumbled biting off the corner of the toast

Niall was normally a big eater so seeing him barley eat a piece of toast was different for the kids and Liam.

"Is it good?" Keaton asked his mouth full of bread making Niall gag slightly

"Uh.. Y-yeah" Niall gulped feeling bile rise up his throat

"You good?" Liam rested a hand on Niall's shoulder feeling his tenseness

"I th-think I'm done" Niall said standing up from the table quickly walking back into the bedroom

Liam and the kids sat their silently feeling bad for Niall.

"I'm gonna go see if daddy's okay, I'll be right back" Liam said following after Niall into the bedroom

"Babe..." Liam whispered closing the door behind him

"Hmmmhjm?" Niall groaned into the pillow

"You feeling okay?" Liam asked sitting on the edge of the bed

"I feel like I'm gonna be sick" Niall whimpered sitting up grabbing the bin that was next to the bed

"Papa!! Were done!" Liam heard kian scream through the kitchen

"Liam..." Niall whispered leaning over the bin

"Papa!!!" The kids screamed

"Hold on!" Liam yelled back seeing Niall wince from the sudden noise

"Alright shhhh.... Breath" Liam said getting Niall through the sickness

Niall gagged feeling the sick trying to find it's way up.

As Liam was trying to calm Niall down everything that Niall had tried to eat came pouring out his mouth into the bowl that he was holding.

"Liam I-" Niall tried to talk as more and more sick came flying out

"Papa..." Kian stuck his head in the door seeing Niall vomit all into the bowl

"Daddy!!" Kian screamed

"Kian go sit at the table" Liam said pushing kian out the door

"Babe breath" Liam said walking back over to niall as he started to dry heave

As Niall breathed heavily over the bowl Liam took it from him placing it in the bathroom.

"Lay down" Liam instructed helping Niall get under the covers with a new bucket beside him

"I wanna g-go to the doctors" Niall asked looking at Liam hopefully

"I'm gonna take you tomorrow while the kids are at school okay?" Liam responded placing a wet cloth over Niall's hot forehead

Niall nodded curling up on his stomach.

Kissing Niall's lips lightly Liam walked out of the room to clean up lunch:)
