*Alfie's POV*
Zoe sits at the table with a concerned look on her face, "Alfie you need to know something," I begin to worry and sit at the table opposite Zoe, "Zoe you're scaring me?" I say she hands over a letter to me, my eyes scan the words. I freeze. "Omg Zoe this is-" "This is- Amazing!" A sigh of relief flies through her body, "I love you Alf!" "I love you both!"
I swipe Zoe up into my arms and spin round, she kisses me on the cheek. Her lips like a feather. I take her into the living room and we sit on the sofa watching TV, I'm still cradling Zoe as she begins to fall asleep. I pull a blanket onto her and kiss her forehead. Laying her down in the corner of the sofa, I walk through to the kitchen to make a smoothie and a fruit salad. Sitting back next to Zoe I eat the salad and watch telly. As I begin to clear the pots away, Tan and Jim walk through the door. "Shh!" I said pointing through to Zoe, they both nodded and the three of us put the shopping away.
*2 DAYS LATER*
*Zoe's POV*
Today we're having the twelve week scan for the baby, I can see Alfie is nervous. Today all I wear is a pair of black jeans and a knitted jumper, my hair was in a messy bun -yet again- as we drove to the hospital, Alf and I were already thinking of baby names. After the hour journey we'd decided on the names for both genders:
Boy~ Joseph Sydney Deyes
&
Girl~ Poppy-Grace Amanda Deyes.
We'd though of the names completely based on our siblings, obviously Joe is my brother and Poppy is Alfie's sister and Amanda is his mum.
