A Real Brother

Ema- your my what

Rintarou came in a few seconds later. When I turned to him I felt like I was about to cry. When I turned back to Reiji  he had his arms open. Something inside me made me what to give him a hug and I did with tears flowing down me.

Reiji- it's ok I'm here and this time I won't leave not again

Ema- again

Rintarou- I'll give you to a few minutes, he said taking Julie with him

Ema- so your my brother my actual brother

Rintarou- yes

Ema- Where we're you all this time? How come dad didn't tell me? Where did you even go? (Sobbing)

Reiji- I'll start from the beginning
I was born seven years before you and I grew up with our parents. When I turned seven and you were born I was happy I was gonna have a little sister and a whole family. Until they passed away. I was token by these well people Rintarou knew, he trusted them with his life I and I grew up with them while he took you.

Ema- why didn't he take you as well?

Reiji- He didn't take me because he knew he couldn't handle both of us. I always had visited and I watched over you from afar and kept the secret about being your brother. When I turned 25 this year my step parents had died. So I decided that I was gonna live here for awhile. Then we had this idea about inviting you over so we can finally let the truth out. When I saw you on that door step I nearly panicked when you saw me but I guess you didn't notice.

Ema- you were the thing that was watching me

Reiji- yes and now that were together I we can finally spend time together,  he said grabbing her hand. 

Ema- I I ....

Reiji- I know your confuse and need time to process it but I do want you to know that Rintarou is a great man he is not the bad guy. He only did what he thought was right. I'm gonna go so you can have some time to think, he said leaving.

Ema- I have a brother from our birth parents, she thought. Maybe I should take a nape so I can process this if I talk to anyone else or even think another second of this I'm gonna go crazy, She said letting herself out.

Reiji pov
Its done she knows and it's finally done, He thought he would wait for her but decided to go down to Rintarou and miwa hoping they explained things to Julie.

Julie pov
I can't believe it was Reiji it's been so long he grew up so fast, he thought, after Rintarou finished explaining the plan Julie was surprised and upset.

Julie- I'm happy he's here but I'm upset. One because I ruined the plan and two how Ema's feeling.

Rintarou- it's okay I think you actually helped because telling her would have probably been harder.

Julie- either way she knows now and when she comes down I feel like we got a lot of explaining to do.

Rintarou- yeah

Reiji came down with an expression of relief and a bit of fear.

Julie- how she's doing? Is she ok?
Reiji- I not sure I gave her some time to process it

Rintarou- I feel like this is all my fault if only I kept you two together

Reiji- it's not your fault you did what you thought was right

Miwa- remember she still loves you and you love her

Rintarou- thanks guys I'm just a bit scared of when she comes down

Reiji- she's been up their awhile I'm gonna go check on her, he said getting up and heading for the stairs.

Julie was about to go with him, but Rintarou stopped him from going so those two can have some alone time.

Reiji pov
I reached the door of my room and just starred at it hopping everything would be alright between them. I closed my eyes turned the handle and opened the door when I opened my eyes she was gone. I left to go look for her until I saw her sleeping in one of the rooms. I went inside pull the covers up on her and tell her "goodnight sis" I've been waiting a long time to say that. I went down stairs to grap her luggage and tell the others "she went to sleep".

Rintarou- I guess she was feeling a lot of things so she went to sleep.

Miwa- I think I'm gonna take a nap as well it is that time of day, Rintarou you coming

Rintarou- yeah it's been a long day

He followed Miwa up the stairs to their room.

Reiji- Julie want me to show you to your room

Julie- nahh I'd rather sleep with chi

Reiji- ok hope on

Julie jumped onto his shoulder and they went up the stairs to chi/Ema room. When they got their julie hurried over to Ema's pillow to sleep next to her. I placed her luggage next to her dresser and gave her one last smile before leaving and closing the door. When I when into my room, changed into my night clothes and hoped with all my spirit everything would be alright tomorrow. As I drifted off to sleep.
