For that curs'd night royal ranks were filled;
Flouncing in armour, then millions killed.
For king, country and infernal knives,
They gave up safety, their roofs, young wives.
Cold plight - star light my songs pursue;
Death's cold breath, sucks my life.
Moon bright - Full sight, a waiting cue,
Mother of love and strife.
