It's time to sleep.
You can get your good hours of rest.
Get comfortable and close your eyes
Your body is ready to relax and so is your mind.
Tic tic
Okay let's try to sleep on your side.
Tic tic
You got an itch on your thigh
This pillow is too high
And light from your window touches your eyes.
12:45 am
Sit up and get a glass of water because your throat is dry.
Stumble back through the darkness that covers your eyes.
Tic tic
Don't look at the hour
Tic tic
Just close your eyes and count back for a minute
3:59 am
Read a book from front to back
Draw some figures on you hand
Make some poems
Hmm not bad.
Tic tic
Bite your lip
Tic tic
Don't think too big
5:51 am
Toss and turn
Scream and cry
This always happens
Take a hot shower
Tic tic
It's been 3 days
Tic tic
It's getting really late
8:00am
It's time to work
Get up and stretch
Can't fall asleep till night comes again
Tic tic
Drink some coffee and work all day
Tic tic
Go back home and back to bed
10pm
It's time for bed.
This night will be rough again.
