Chapter 8: I Don't Like The New Girl

Wednesday||Lunch||12:37 p.m.

"So gays, how's your relationship going?" Pidge asked the boys, winking as she sat down.

"Um, don't you mean guys?" corrected Keith, raising his index finger.

"Did I freakin' studder," Pidge murmured, glaring at the raven haired male.

"NO MA'AM!"

"Thought so," sighed Pidge, jerking her head slightly into the air.

"Hey, so I heard some new girl is coming into our homeroom tomorrow. Do you guys know who it is?" Lance butted in, breaking up the small argument. He began drinking water from his bottle.

"New girl? No, no one ever told me about a new girl," responded Keith as he took Lance's water bottle, taking a sip from it.

"Yeah, I think her name was Lalu or Lilly, or something like that," Pidge said, throwing her trash away.

Lance spit out the water he was gurgling, a small puddle of liquid covering the table. "Did you mean, L-Lila?" he stammered out, wiping his mouth.

"Hmm, now that I think of it, yeah. I think her name was Lila. How did you know, Lance?" the small girl asked, a finger placed on her chin.

"Uh, lucky guess? What's her last name?"

"Hmm, if I remember correctly, I heard the other kids saying, Rossi or something similar to that. Why are you so curious about this girl all of a sudden? I thought you were dating mullet head over here,"

"Hey!" Keith retorted, a bit offended by his nickname.

Lance fell backwards off his seat, hitting his head on the tiles with a nosebleed. Quiznak was all he thought in his head before passing out.

"Lance?!" Pidge called out, looking over the table.

"Lance, are you okay?!" exclaimed Keith, bending to his side.

Wednesday||Nurse's Office||12:58 p.m.

The chestnut haired male fluttered his eyes open, only seeing a blur of dark raven hair and beautiful purple tinted eyes. His vision went into focus, and standing before him was his boyfriend, Keith.

"Quick! What's seventy-two times four?!" Keith exclaimed, hands placed on Lance's shoulder.

"Huh? A big number, I think?" Lance replied, his face showing confusion.

"There's the Lance I love," sighed Keith, hugging his significant other tightly.

"It's actually 288, Lance. But, it is a big number nevertheless....." Pidge corrected, pushing her glasses up.

"Heh-heh, thanks guys. But, why am I in the Nurse's office? Last time I checked, we were outside on the benches outside the cafeteria," Lance asked, his hand slightly rubbing his head.

"You kinda fell unconscious," explained Keith, his hand fixing his glasses.

"By what?"

"You knocked out when we said the name, Lila Rossi." retorted Pidge.

"Uh, that name.... Ergh....." grunted the brown haired boy, sitting up in the bed.

"Do you by any chance, know her?" asked Keith.

"Kind of.... It's, it's all in the past now.... No need to worry about it, kay?"

"Okay, if you say so," said Pidge, walking out of the health office.

"Is there something you're not telling me?" asked Keith, looking at Lance with concern. "Cause, if there is, you know you can always talk to me about it."

"Uh, nah. It's nothing, Keith."

"Whatever you say, babe." replied Keith, kissing Lance on the cheek. "C'mon, let's get out of here now,"

Lance nodded and followed Keith out of the Nurse's office.

Thursday||Before-school||Keith and Lance's locker||7:00 a.m.

I hope it isn't who I think it is..... That'd be a total hell.... Lance thought to himself, closing his locker.

"H-HEY," exclaimed a muffled voice coming from inside the locker.

"Huh,"

"Open up!! I'm still getting my things!!" Keith exclaimed from inside the locker, his head sticking in and body sticking out.

"Oh, I'm so sorry babe!!" Lance said, opening up the locker.

"What's wrong with you today, Lance? You usually aren't like this," sighed Keith, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Nothing's wrong..... Why would you think that Keith?" the brown haired male cringed, sweating a bit.

"Oh nothing, just the fact that YOU SLAMMED THE LOCKER DOOR ON MY HEAD!" pouted Keith, wide-eyed at Lance.

"A heh-heh, s-sorry about that......" whispered Lance, backing away from the raven haired individual.

Keith let a sigh escape his lips, releasing his anger. He calmed down, and picked up his bag. "Well, let's head to class. The bell's about to ring anyway,"

"Uh right," sighed Lance. Please don't let it be her. Please don't let it be her..... He kept muttering those words inside his head, closing his eyes shut. He ended up hitting the window of the classroom instead of entering it, seeing that he shut his eyes completely. Lance let out a grunt, and rubbed his nose as he entered the classroom.

"Heh-heh, you okay there pal?" Keith asked, snickering under his breath.

"I had your tounge in my mouth multiple times, Kogane. Don't call me pal." retorted Lance, sitting behind his boyfriend.

"You know what I mean," said Keith, turning his head towards the board.

As class began, Shiro introduced the new student to the class. "Everyone, welcome Miss Rossi to our homeroom. She came here all the way from Paris, France."

Crap, it IS her...... Lance thought to himself, eyes twitching and face sweaty.

"Do my eyes deceive me? It can't be you, can it McClain?!" Lila exclaimed, eyes beaming with joy.

Crud... he thought to himself.

Who the heck does this chick think she is hitting on MY man?! Keith thought to himself, groaning.

"My, my! It is you, Lance! It's been years, hasn't it?" she said to Lance.

"Years aren't long enough...... Decades, maybe.... Centuries, sure.... Eternity, now that's what I'm talkin' about..... Stay away from me, Lila...." Lance muttered under his breath, hoping no one had heard him.

"You know Lance?" Shiro asked Lila.

"Of course, we even used to date a little, didn't we Lanceypoo~" sang Lila, looking over at Lance.

Lance just sat there, giving the, 'I-have-a-freakin'-boyfriend-idiot-I'm-not-going-to-agree-with-you-boi' look on his face to Lila. But instead, he replied with, "Yeah, whatever....."

Oh, this girl is just BEGGING for a death wish isn't she, and I gladly accept it. Keith thought to himself, cracking his knuckles.

A/n: WOW!! If you didn't catch on just yet, Lila Rossi is from 'Miraculous Ladybug'. She's a total jerk in my opinion, (please don't kill me Lila fans). Hope you liked this chapter, bye~
