Martin has been leaving everyday from your apartment and coming home late every night. You've been getting worried, you wanted him to be okay. So tonight, you decided to stay up until he got home. But as the hours past, there was no sign of Martin. You knew if you texted him, he wouldn't even bother to check his phone.

9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00.

Every half hour you checked your phone. Still no sign. So you decided to go take a shower.

As you turn the water on, you check your phone once again. 12:15. Nothing whatsoever. You set up your music and the first song is Make up your mind. That song always got you two pumped.

Stepping in the shower felt different. Martin always wanted to join you. It wasn't usually sexual, but without company, you felt lost. Like you would never find anyone ever again.

Suddenly, there was a loud noise, like the door closing.
"Martin?" You called from upstairs, not getting anything as a response. You just stepped out of the shower, even if you weren't done and dried off. You got dressed quickly and walked down the hall into your bedroom you two shared.

There he was. Eyes shut softly. Slow breaths, making his chest bounce up and down.
"Why am I suprised?" You whisper to yourself. This is the relationship you asked for. So why would you regret those choices.

"Y/N?" A voice cut you off from your thoughts. Your eyes latched to Martin's as he looked up at you.
"What's wrong? Is everything okay?" He said, sitting up.
"No, nothing. Martin," your eyes filled with tears "you're always gone and I don't want to be in a relationship like this." A tear fell as you talked.
"Y/N, I know, and I'm sorry but-"
"Martin, you don't understand!" You cut him off.
"Yes I do. I know that you think I'm cheating, but there will be another girl I love." He says so calm. How can he be so calm. Tears well up in your eyes.
"And that girl will someday look up at you and call you Mommy." He said getting closer and putting his hands on your waist. "I love you. And I want you forever."

Your lips crash together like to magnets in desperate need for each other. You didn't want to believe what he said at first, but as you let him keep talking, the words made sense.

"How are you so sure that our future child will be a girl?" You ask looking deeply into his grey-blue eyes.
"Shut up." He said connecting his lips to yours once again.

Later that night, you looked beside you and looked at your boyfriend sleeping again.

"I love you so much." You whisper under your breath to him, knowing he won't be able to hear you. But that wasn't the thought. The thought was how much you loved him.
