I keep playing with my ring as the announcer and calls the best dancers to the stage. "You okay?" asks Stone,raising an eyebrow. I shake my head. "Call him."I demand Stone. He smiles. He calls Shane and tell him to meet us at the dance complex. "Cole,he is on his way."Stone says,smiling. After a while,the announcer calls my name. Stone kisses my forehead and gives me a thumbs up. I run onto the stage and Fading Flower(remix by Les Twins) plays. Shane is in the front row.
After I danced, I meet up with Shane and he seems blank. "So what do you think?"I ask,my heart pounding out of my chest. He smiles. "Damn." is all he can say. He picks me up and spin me around. I kiss him. "God,I love you." He suddenly says. I smile. "Cole,you killed it!"says Stone,pulling me out of Shane's arms. Stone hugs me. I hug him back. Shane's eyes feel like they're piercing my soul. I let go. "Gotta go. Text me later,'kay?" Stone says,walking away. Shane put his arms around my shoulders and smile. "What else I don't know about you?" He asks. "I play the drums,the piano,the violin, and I am a Libra. Oh yeah,I love ferrets." I tell him.
"You and Stone have been hanging out a lot." states Shane,taking off his shirt. I sit up from the bed. Here we go again. "Yeah,so?" He clench his teeth. He turn his back to me,the thing he do trying to separate two of us. I groan. "I hate it when you do that stupid damn thing." I complain,laying back down. "Are you sleeping with him?" My heart shatters. He doesn't trust me anymore. Tears fill my brown eyes. "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!"I scream,crying. He is angry now. "ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION,COLE! IS HE FUCKING YOU!"He screams back at me. I get up and about to walk away. He grab my wrist. "YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TRUST ME,SHANE! NOT ACCUSE ME OF FUCKING YOUR BEST FRIEND!" I yell,not being able to stop the tears from falling. His next words are like bullets. "I WOULDN'T IF YOU WEREN'T SUCH A WHORE!" I just stare at him,angry. He realize what he said and try to apologize to me. I slap him. I snatch my arm away and walk out the door. Mom and Dad questions what happened upstairs but I don't answer. "Cole!" Shane screams as I run away as fast as I can.
I keep running until I get to Stone's apartment. I knock on the door. As soon as he opens it,I smash my lips against his. He responds quickly by closing the door and kissing me back. His hand goes under my shirt and pulls it off. That night, I slept with Stone. When morning came, I left. A note sits on his table from me. Had to go. I'll talk to you later. It is funny how far someone can push your limit. They push it until you just can't take it. I walk back home. Not without getting some cigarettes. I walk in and everyone is on the couch,worrying. "Cole,where in the hell have you been?" Mom shout. I ignore her and go into my room. I slam the door and go into the bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror. The girl I see is not me. She looks tired and angry. I punch the mirror. My hands bleeds. I pick up a shard of glass. Maybe I can end it all. I drop the shard. Shane comes into my room. "You don't know how worried I've been."He tells me. Quickly I slit my wrist.
