Chapter 2: The way out: part 5

  "when do we leave" Kyle asks. Neyhjalk stands up "We go now" Neyhjalk demands. "No" Jackel casually says. "Let's stay here just a little longer" Jackel says as she re-positions her head on Hawks shoulder to get more comfy. "I guess I could stay in this place a little longer" Neyhjalk says as he sits down. His eyes glow a bright white as he magics in a wine glass and has a bright white hand pour him some wine.

They stay there for around an hour. With silence and small talk spun around here and there. Accompanied with the sound of Neyhjalk's constant whining towards Jackel begging to leave the place. "Alright Jackel, how about now? Is it a good time now?" Neyhjalk asks bored. Jackel doesn't answer. "Jackel!" Neyhjalk says with his patience falling below 0. Jackel again still doesn't answer. Hawks face gets red as he notices Jackel has fallen asleep on his arm. On the other hand Neyhjalk's face gets disgusted. "She must have forced her self to sleep. We don't need sleep in this realm" Neyhjalk's says crossing his arms. "Maybe we should wait for her to wake up?" Jake asks. "Uhhh, no. That was a stupid question that doesn't sound like a question. Alright let's vote who wants to leave!" Neyhjalk says excited. "Alright, of course I say yes because I've been stuck in this realm for more THEN 2000 YEARS!" Neyhjalk screams at everyone. "And Jackel's vote is an automatic yes since she can't answer and I can do whatever I want since i'm her dad. Hawk you say yes because Jackel said yes. Kyle you say yes because you don't want to see Jackel and Hawk sitting next to each other. And Jake..." Neyhjalk pauses and takes a moment to think. "Uhhmm... Because i'm a god and I can do whatever I want" Neyhjalk says excited. "Alright Hawk, hold onto your soul stone and make sure to hold Jackel tightly since I can't pull them with me" Neyhjalk says. "What do you mean?" Hawk asks. Neyhjalk doesn't answer but starts walking away. All of them start to get pulled towards the direction he's walking, like there's invisible ropes attached to them to him basically dragging them.

They come across... nothing. Once again Hawk, Kyle and Jake see nothing in this realm besides them. Kyle stands up but Neyhjalk keeps walking making Kyle fall, he cuts a tiny piece of his arm. "Aww shit" Kyle says while being dragged. "What's wrong fella, do you need a  band aid? What did you even cut yourself on?" Neyhjalk asks. "I don't eve-" Neyhjalk interrupts Kyle. "Oh sorry, I wasn't actually asking you a question" Neyhjalk says awkwardly. "Hey can you wake up Jackel for me?" Neyhjalk asks. "Why would she wake up if I tell her too, even she doesn't wake up for you" Hawk exclaims to Neyhjalk. "Trust me, it's a father and daughter thing, just wake her up" Hawk nudges Jackel a little. Jackel opens her eyes immediately "hey" Neyhjalk stops moving. "Jackel, where are we supposed to go, I honestly have no idea" Neyhjalk asks Jackel. Jackel sits up. "Umm dad, we're not supposed to go anywhere. You can just summon it" Jackel says to Neyhjalk surprised. "You mean I've been dragging you fellas for nothing?" Neyhjalk says sad as he summons the portal out of the realm.

A big circle appears. It looks to be made out of a greenish burning fire. 3 totems pop up from the ground. the left one is decorated in purple, the middle is decorated in a bright green as for the right one is decorated in yellow. Neyhjalk turns around to face them. "What you three fellas need to do is put your soul stones in their respective colors. For example left is Jake, middle Hawk and right is Kyle" Neyhjalk explains quickly. "Now you fellas go and do that" Neyhjalk says as he walks over to Jackel. "Now, Jackel remember this. After we go through the portal we can't use any of our powers or else they'll be able to track us. Not even heating yourself up not for entertainment and most importantly don't use mind control!" Neyhjalk explains to Jackel. Jackel puts on a questioning face. "Who's going to be trying to track us?" Jackel asks worried. Neyhjalk stands still... thinking. "I haven't told any of you fellas yet have I?" Neyhjalk says a little ashamed. "Oh well now is not the time!" Neyhjalk says happy. "Go put in your soul stones!" Neyhjalk says all giddy.

Jake goes to put his in, a dark cylinder shape with purple glowing from inside of it. Next Hawk puts his soul stone in, a lantern shaped rock with a handle on top with bright green fire coming out of the sides. Next is Kyle... His is a tiny jar filled with yellow fluid that's attached to a necklace. "Why do I have a tiny soul stone?" Kyle asks a little frustrated. "Well you obviously don't have that much soul power. Kyle puts his stone in. The portal gets filled with bright green fire. "Why is Hawks soul filling the portal" Jake asks. "It's nothing" Neyhjalk mumbles. Jackel smiles "Actually, it's Neyhjalk's soul powering the portal. It just happens to be that Neyhjalk and Hawk have the same soul" Jackel teases Neyhjalk. "No, our souls just happen to be the same color and also burning" Neyhjalk grunts. "Before we go I just want to mention that this portal leads to a city. But we'll all be invisible for a while. We'll have an hour to steal the things we need before the portal closes and our cloak wears off" Neyhjalk says seriously. "What do you mean?" Hawk asks surprised. "I'll just explain when we get out" Neyhjalk says. "Alright let's go!" Neyhjalk's says excited! They all run through, finally freedom. But Neyhjalk stays behind hesitating to go. Neyhjalk smiles and slowly walks in.

Hawk, Kyle, Jake and Jackel just stand there finally out of that realm, it feels good. It feels so good to be home. They are welcomed with snowfall. People smiling and kids running around playing. Never has it been more beautiful for them to see humans again. Neyhjalk slowly walks past them not even saying a word before stopping and falling down on his knees and just stares at the city. "What happened?" Hawk whispers to Jackel. "He's been stuck in that realm for 2000 years and he's finally out" Jackel sobs. Neyhjalk touches the snow actually feeling real cold. Neyhjalk starts to cry... "It's been... too long..." Neyhjalk says under his breath. "All these people, they've... they've grown so much... they've built cities so advanced since the last time... the last time I was on Earth... And look at their clothes... No wonder you fellas... wear such weird clothes..." Neyhjalk starts to cry more realizing if it weren't for them he wouldn't have been out of there yet. He turns around and looks at them 3 and says "...Thank you..."
