Hey guys! I kind of bullshitted what I said, I recieved five votes overall for the whole story, so I figured I'd be nice and upload the next chapter! These are already pre-written, and probably will be until I get busy or if you guys vote a lot, causing me to upload faster. So, with that said, here's chapter two. I figured I could start posting songs if you guys like, and I'll put it on the side too :) There's a picture of what Scarlette kind of looks like, minus the purple hair and nose piercing ^-^

Songs for this chapter are:

Little Things - One Direction

Waiting For Superman - Daughtry

These Four Walls - Little Mix (On The Side)

Harry's P.O.V

They’d met at least half of the girls who were waiting, and the line was nearing the end. Louis was whining about how bored he was, and Niall wanted to take a nap. He’d been complaining about that all day. The chatter ceased as two girls walked up, one of them with a limp.

“Hi!” The girl who spoke had an eccentric smile on her face, and her dark hair fell straight as a pin around her shoulders. Her friend was the exact opposite, with an all black outfit and dark makeup, and her hair was pulled into a ponytail. Tattoos littered her skin, her ears were pierced from top to bottom, her eyebrow was pierced, and it was hard to miss the lip ring she kept yanking on with her teeth. She turned a bit, and he saw a pack of cigarettes poking out of her back pocket.

Harry almost laughed at how different they were, but he could see that they just...clicked.

“Hello girls, how are we tonight?” Liam asked, and Harry watched on as Louis flicked Niall in the nose.

“Good!” The dark haired girl answered, and a few seconds passed as we waited for the other one to respond.

“You wan’ an honest-” She sucked in a breath as her shoulders stiffened, and her eyebrows scrunched with pain for a fraction of a second. Harry saw her friend’s hand move away from her, and over her shoulder. “-Good.”

He looked around briefly, and saw that Niall had caught what had happened as well. Niall then stepped from his spot beside Louis, and a bit closer to the girls.

“You’re not wearin’ a whole lot fer a cold night, eh?” Niall chuckled as he gestured to what the shorter girl was wearing, and he was right. A tank top, jeans, and leather boots didn’t really seem to agree with the colder weather brought out tonight.

“Guess not,” She laughed and scuffed her shoe on the floor, a smile spreading across her face. “I charge ‘er guilty though.” Her friend’s cheeks turned pink as attention was turned on her, and she leaned against her shoulder, lifting the foot she limped on, off the floor.

Harry’s heart stopped as he noticed a pattern of bruises covering her throat, and he looked back at Zayn, who was laughing at Louis, who was currently taunting Niall.

“I’m Scarlette,” Harry’s ears distinctly picked up, and he turned his full attention to the conversation. “Scarlette Dougherty.” His heart sped up, his stomach flipped, and a weight lifted off his shoulders all at once.

“I’m Scarlette.” She watched as he put multiple band-aids on a cut that sat on the side of her calf.

“I know, and I’m Harry.” He gave her his best smile, and didn’t let it disappear until the side of her mouth curled into even the smallest smile too.
