The drive to my old pack house would take us a little over 2 hours to get there. I took the time to get some much needed sleep. I knew once we got there I would be needing it. I slowly drifted off to sleep everything going black.
“You’re a stupid no good human. You’re useless, who would want you as a mate.”
“I hope I don’t get you as a mate because the second I found out I would reject you on the spot.”
I held back tears so they thought they weren’t affecting me but they knew better. They knew they were getting the best of me. I wasn’t paying attention until I hid the ground with a thud!
I looked up and saw them all standing over me. I even saw my own brother standing over me. I guess though it wasn’t a change though he had been doing it for a long time too along with them.
“Aria get out of here before we do something worse to you.”
I looked up at them and took off towards the house. I ran past everyone and went to my room. I’m glad that they couldn’t smell that I was a werewolf along with them. It would have just made everything worse. I quickly packed my bag and took off out the window. I didn’t ever bother leaving a note, no one would care that I left. I took off towards the sun. It would lead me somewhere, anywhere away from here would be better.
“Aria! Aria we are here.”
I slowly sat up and looked at Alex.
“Hi Sleepy head. Wipe your face off you look like you’ve been sleeping. Don’t give them any reason to piss you off.” He chuckled at the last comment.
“They don’t want to piss me off. I’m not the weak, ugly little girl that ran away they will be sorry.”
“Aria you were never ugly believe me.” He kissed me softly on my lips.
“Ew gross you two.”
I laughed at the twins.
“Alright let’s get this show on the road. The faster we get this taken care of the faster we can go back home.”
As we were stepping out of the car my old pack came out of the house. We all walked towards each other. If someone was looking at us from a distance they would think we were going to be having a show down.
“Thank you for coming on such short notice. I’m Connor and I’m the Beta of the pack.”
“Hi, I’m Ari the Alpha of the Dark Shadow pack. Where is your Alpha?”
Before I could respond some guy came walking out.
“What?! How is that possible that you are an Alpha?”
“Because I am. Is there a problem with that?”
“Yeah there is. I don’t think a girl should be the Alpha of a pack at all.”
“Are you challenging me for the Alpha title?”
I looked straight at the guy who just said that to me.
Ari what are you thinking?
Alex I am proving to them that I am strong and that he will regret this.

“Yes I am! I Logan Alpha of the Half Moon pack challenge you Ari the Alpha of the Dark Shadow pack for the title of the Alpha.”
“Challenge accepted!”
Right then and there we both shifted into our wolves.
I could hear a few of them whispering and a few people were freaking out. I would be too. This Logan character just challenged a white wolf to try and win the Alpha title. Bad mistake on his part. Bad mistake on mine. Now the pack would realize who I am.
