Chemistry class finished painfully slow. And during that painful 1 hour class, I was annoyed by the one and only douchebag Nathan Woods. He kept poking me in the side and asking me for answers. So annoying!

After class finished, I had 1 more class before lunch: Art. Now, don't get me wrong, I love art and drawing and all that stuff and I'm good at it. But I absolutely hate the class with the burning passion.

I walked into class and sat in my seat. Students began piling in and talking with each other. Betsy and Charlie weren't in my art class, but I had my friend Amber to talk to. We weren't exactly besties, but we'd talk from now and then.

Miss Lloyd came into class a few minutes later and started the class. We had to paint portraits of certain objects around the class. I decided on painting a bouquet of flowers that were in the classroom windowsill.

Once I was finished, I got bored while everyone else finished up their paintings. I just sat in my seat for about 10 minutes until everyone was finished.

While we were packing out bags, Miss Lloyd told us were we doing a project in school for the school art gallery in 2 weeks time. We had to paint a picture of the school or something to do with the school.

Class ended and I headed to the canteen. I got there and met up with Charlie and Betsy. 'Hey guys, how was class?' I ask heading to the lunch line with them. 'Boring, as usual' Charlie replies, tying up her hair. 'It wasn't boring for me, I got all my English work done and had time to do revision' Betsy says. 'Of course you did' Charlie remarked. 'Anyways, who was that hotty talking to us in chemistry class?' Betsy asks, smiling at me. 'He's none of your concern Betsy' Charlie jokes. 'He's just my annoying new neighbour' I reply. 'You mean your hot annoying neighbour' Betsy corrects me. 'That's exactly what Charlie said' I laugh. They both join in and we end up laughing like a bunch of idiots.

We all got our lunch, mine consisting of a slice of pizza and some wedges, the same as Betsy and Charlie. We sat down at our usual table and began eating. 'Do you guys wanna sleep over tonight? My mums working late tonight' I ask the girls. 'Yeah sure' they both reply. I look around the canteen to see Nathan sucking face with Nicole Mills, surrounded by the most popular people in school. 'He hasn't even been here for a day, and he's already like the most popular guy in school. How is it even possible?' I ask the girls. 'Well he's hot, what do you expect' Betsy answers. I shrug and we all continue eating lunch and chatting.

School finishes quickly and we all meet up at our lockers. 'Where the hell is Betsy?' I ask, checking my watch. 'School finished 10 minutes ago' I complain.

'We should just ditch her' Charlie says getting ready to leave.

'No Charlie, we're her friends we have to wait' I tell her.

'Why?' Charlie complains. 'Oh, Charlie se calla' I speak in Spanish. My family isn't fully Spanish only my mum's side, so I was taught a bit of Spanish as a child. 'Girl, stop speaking your language. It's bad enough when you and your mum are sitting having conversations in español. Me no understand' Charlie jokes. We both laugh and carry on talking.

'Ugh, finally!' I say when we see Betsy walking towards us. 'Bitch, where you been?' Charlie asks Betsy as we head out the doors. 'No where' Betsy says suspiciously and speeds up her walking faster towards the car.

We reach Charlie's car and begin piling in. We drive to the nearest shop to buy ice cream and popcorn. I get out of the car and head into the shop. I get 3 tubs of cookie dough and 3 tubs of chocolate fudge brownie. I also get some sweet and salted popcorn. 'That'll be £8.75 please' the cashier says. I hand her a £10 note. 'Keep the change' I say and walk out of the shop.
