The Denouement of the Nemesis

PROLOGUE

With an exhausted sigh, I fall to my trembling knees. The cuffs at my wrists tug me to the wall as another whimper leaves me.
I can hear him laugh along with her in a background of distant and muffled cries. Soon enough, they are silenced and the only sounds resonating in my head are my struggling gasps for breath. Last.
My eyes had given up on me long ago. All I could see now were flashes of light that would dim out like sparks leaving the fire.
Memories and visions roll out in the hollows of my eyes as I slowly succumb to the pain - yearning to hear him call my name again.Just one more time.

"Everything you are trying to escape from is in your head," he lectures, patting my head slightly. A mere chuckle leaves my parched throat.
They keep telling me that I'm only running from myself. But I don't even remember who I am.
All I know is that I was born to run. Born to destroy. Born to avenge.
I've bred poisonous dreams in this head of mine. Out of anger. In desperation.But mostly, fear.

This is Aysel and I'm glad to know you are giving our story a try.Please understand that the story is undergoing major editing and so the chapters may not match after a certain chapter.We are fighting a mighty war against college ,life and responsibilities so please bear with us.Here are a few tips to help you understand this story better.

TIP 1 : This is a werewolf story as you may have already read and it doesn't contain any other mythical creature like vampires or mermaids or unicorns( I love unicorns though).First comes an Alpha then his beta then the third in command. The weakest of the pack are the omegas.

TIP 2: This story is a little slow paced so you won't find the couple go at it on the very first chapter (but when they do I promise skipping of heartbeats ;) ).

TIP 3: Despite this story revolving around Austin and Elaine we give character development to all the major characters (because we love all of them).

TIP 4: It may suggest dark concepts like suicides or rapes so please keep in mind you have been warned (we will give another warning at the start of that chapter too).To the people who have been strong to get through this ,we respect you and would not write about these concepts in bad light, so please continue being strong.

TIP 5: Our characters may make some foolish mistakes but understand that with great powers comes great responsibilities and not everyone is strong.They will have enemies who would try to manipulate them too.
