Between crumbling buildings of metal sheets, way above the ground. Jack and Mark ran across the wooden walkway and hoisted themselves onto the train tracks. An old train steamed and roared in their direction, the cleft chinned train conductor resting his arm on the side and leaning out the window.

"Hey! Hey!" Mark waved his arms to get the train conductor's attention, "Hey, we're gonna jump on there, Jack!"

"Right!" Jack replied, straining as he ran alongside the train. Gripping a vertical metal bar sticking out from the second car, he jumped onto a different bar running perpendicular to the cart. "Come on!" He looked to Mark, who jumped up next to Jack with ease.

"Hey, Mark, who's your friend there?" The conductor asked as he moved to the back window. Mark jumped into the wooden cart and pulled Jack up with him by his underarms.

"His name is Jack," Mark turned his head to address the conductor, "pirates are after us!" He turned and pointed to the automobile running along the side of the canyon cliff, dust and exhaust trailing behind it. "It's the Dola Gang."

"I'll be, pirates?" The conductor looked excitedly in the same direction as Mark.

"Can you drop us off at the police station in the next town?" Mark asked.

"Sure!" The conductor pumped his fist in the air, "I'll tell you what, help me stook up the engine!" He ran to the front of the train with excitement in his eyes.

"Will do!" Mark replied, climbing through the window and into the engine cart.

"Full speed ahead!" Dola shouted as they rumbled through town with their cannon guns raised and firing

"Huh?" The pirates and villagers whom had been fighting turned in Dola's direction. Louie had a black eye and freckles had several bruises along with their ripped and rather askew clothing.

"Hey boys!" Dola shouted once again as they came closer.

"Hey, it's mom!" Louie shouted, smiling. Villagers scrambled away as dust and debris was flung into the air by the green automobile. Guns continued firing and items were dropped in the panic. The automobile screeched to a stop beside the white-suited pirates.

"Hi mom!" They chorused, turning in her direction.

"You chowder heads, get your brother and hop on." Dola commanded Louie and freckles.

"Huh? But Sean's hiding inside that house." Louie pointed over his shoulder towards the boss's wife and the house she was standing in front of. To her left the boss and the bearded pirate were still fighting.

"Lame brain, they made an escape. Now step on it!" Dola exclaimed while reloading and cocking her cannon gun.

"They escaped!?" Louie shouted, grabbing onto the automobile's side.

"Hey I wanna come!" Freckles jumped on the side as well.

"Mommy!" The bearded pirate shouted, jumping on to the back as they pulled away from the roaring crowd of villagers ready to tear them apart.

The chase began, every man in the village coming after them and throwing rocks. People from the windows threw pots and pans full of coal, along with spatulas and various housing items. Umbrellas, shovels, and even fruits were bombarded upon the pirates.

"I don't think they like you boys much!" Dola laughed, her braids flying out behind her. As if on cue, a flower pot smashed on the bearded pirate's head. Spreading clay, dirt, and the plant itself out behind them; possibly giving him a concussion. Dola pulled out the small pin from a grenade with her teeth and chucked it at the oncoming villagers behind them. "Here's a little something to remember us by! Ahaha!" The villagers immediately turned tail and fled from the bomb, which went of moments later with a huge explosion to accompany it.
