A Different Point Of View (Izaya x OC)

Monday

Anri's POV:
I walked through the corridors on the way to my classroom. I passed the trophy cabinet when something caught my eye. It was the yearbook from 3 years ago open to the page on the top class. Top Of Class and Most Loyal Friends were the 2 that caught my eye. Top Of Class was Shinra which was cool, but the Most Loyal Friends was what surprised me the most. There was a boy and a girl. The girl was the one who got hit with Shizuo's vending machine 2 days ago. I read the names and my mouth hung open. Izaya Orihara and Kikyo Izumi. That explains why Izaya was so upset when she was hit. I can't believe there was a time when Izaya was loyal. Just shows how much a person can change. I arrived at my first class which is Biology. I heard that this year we have a new teacher from Kyoto. (A/N Guess who?). I entered the room first as usual. Soon enough the teacher arrived with everyone else. She was really young. Maybe 21? How did she get a degree that quickly??? Oh well she did. "Hi I'm Kikyo Izumi but you guys can call me Miss Kikyo," the teacher introduced herself. "Feel free to ask me any questions you like this class." Immediately my hand went straight up. "What is your relationship with Izaya Orihara miss?" I asked. She smiled. "Oh Iza-chan," she said. Wait Iza-chan!
Masaomi's POV:
Miss Kikyo must have realized what she called Izaya and her cheeks colored. "Oh Kami he's going to kill me," she muttered before turning back to the class. "He's my best friend, has been since I went to high school here." This surprised me. Anri wasn't phased. Had she seen something about them? "Excuse me miss," It was Mikado's turn to ask a question. "What are your thoughts on Shizuo Heiwajima?" Her face turned dark. "Never trust that bastard," she said darkly. I stood. "How dare you say that about a friend of mine!" I exclaimed. She turned to face me. "You have no idea what Shizuo Heiwajima has done to me," she said. "And I have to listen to you all badmouth my best friend all day everyday. Izaya's not as bad as you think." I sat down. Maybe that was true. No, Izaya's a terrible man and I will never forgive him.
Mikado's POV:
After Biology the rest of the day flew by. Soon enough it was lunch and a commotion came up on Field No.1. I went to watch from the rooftop. "IZAYA!!!" Shizuo yelled. "Why hello Shizu-chan." There was something different about Izaya though. He said that with hate instead of playfulness like usual. "What the hell is going on here!" Miss Kikyo came out to the 2 and walked up to Shizuo. "You!" she yelled. "You're tearing up school property. Even though you may think it you're not in high school anymore Shizu-chan." She then walked up to Izaya. "And you!" she yelled at him. "You're not in high school either! You are trespassing on school property Iza-chan!" She then turned to both of them. "If you 2 want to have these petty fights go do them somewhere that you won't destroy things and endanger people!" she yelled. "Even better stop with the fights all together!" Izaya smirked, his old self back. "But Kiko-chan," he whined. "We weren't hurting anyone." She also smirked. "Well then Iza-chan go not hurt anyone somewhere else please," With that the ex-bartender and the information broker left and Miss Kikyo went inside. I have a cool Biology teacher. Standing up to Izaya Orihara AND Shizuo Heiwajima and actually winning. I get that she's best friends with Izaya but Shizuo? Seems like she picked up a few of Izaya's tricks through the years. That was the best Monday ever!
