Personality: artist,nice but will kill you if you threaten someone he cares about,likeable I don't think "likeable" is a personality trait. Try giving him some real flaws and interesting traits. just making your character nice does not automatically make them relatable
Appearance: black like a nightwing but instead of silver star scales he has changing scales like a rainwing, green eyes Nice hybrid look, not trying to smash all features of the other together. Try elaborating on his horns, tail, ect... Other than just colours

My interpretation biased off your description
Backstory:second dragonet of Glorybringer his older sister tried to kill his younger sister before she even hatched so he's protective like Deathbringer Oh ok... What what? This is extremely vague. I'm not really a fan of son/daughter of cannon characters OCs (as you can see I'm not a fan of OC's and cannon characters interacting) but It can be done right. I kinda wish you elaborated on why his sister did that.
