Unique's parents

I opened the door and I seen my mom sitting there waiting for me. "Where have you been Nqi your dad going to be here any minute. Your aunt is downstairs in the car with your sister and all of you guys stuff." She stood in silent and looked at me. "I love you so much Unique, happy birthday again baby." She kissed my forehead a thousand times then hugged me.

The front door opened, when I turned around I looked at my dad and he looked back at me. "What's going on here, Unique where are you going?" He voice roared. "I'm going to get Jez from the bus stop you know they get out late." He sized me up. "Uhm have you been fucking?" I shook my head no, he pushed my hair away from my neck. "So what the hell is this shit on your fucking neck."

Reggie must have leave a hickey on my neck after he sucked it. "I burned myself with my curling iron." He stared at me then started walking to my room and pushed the door open.

"Where is all y'all stuff." He roared, I hugged my mom "Run!" She whispered. "Mom I can't leave-" she pushed the front door opened and pushed me out, "Run!" She yelled again and I ran down the apartment staircase to the parking lot and got into aunt Tati's car.

"You good baby?" My aunt said. "I'm fine I just been running around." She looked at me in the mirror. "Who was the young man you were in the car with earlier." She said referring to Reggie, she started the car and started driving down the road. I completely forgot she was outside in the car waiting for me this whole time.

"One of my clients, the train doesn't run where he stays so he just took me home." At least I didn't lie, Reggie lives on the opposite side of the school where the train station isn't. "Uhm well I hope you comfortable and you got some eye plugs to listen to your electronic during this 12 hour drive." She said with her focus on the road.

"12 hours? How did you get here so fast then auntie?" I said surprised. "Your mom called me last night to come and get y'all." I was surprised because my mom had all ready made plans for us to leave today. I adjusted my chair and laid back, closed my eyes and fell asleep.

October 5, 2016; 6 hours later 12:35 am

I woke up by somebody tapping me and the cries of Heaven. "Huh?" I said in confusion and sleepiness. "Give her bottle and put the blanket that fell on the floor back on her." I looked around in the back seat for her bottle then I realized there was a cooler in the back.

I looked in the cooler and got one of Heaven's bottles that was in there and gave it to her then pick up the blanket spread it across the back seat and on Heaven. I turned back around and turned on my phone, I got hella messages from Reggie. I sighed and let my head fall back. "It's that boy isn't it?" I heard my aunt say.

"How you know?" She laughed. "You're just like your mother." I sat there in confusion. "Why don't you answer that kid, what are you afraid of with him?" She continued. "Reggie a joke to me." I replied. "So his name Reggie huh? So what's up with you and Reggie." She said starting a conversation.

"Me and Reggie basically grew up together, he is known as the biggest playa in Brooklyn." I told her about everything that happened when we were in Reggie's car just a couple of hours ago. She shook her head. "You have major trust issues, it must run in the family or something nobody let's anybody in. You are going to have to work on that by yourself U."

I started thinking about what she said then my eyes started getting heavy then next thing you know I was sleep again.
