*Tick tick tick...*

The sound of the clock wakes me, I'm laying on a dirt road. A back road I assume because I can't hear or see any cars. My eyes slowly open and the moon light hits them just so that I shut them tight again. I feel weak like I'm powerless, like my body has been drained of its life force, but left a swivel of life left so that I may feel the pain and so I may suffer. My blood has run as thin as a clear small piece of string being pooled upon opposite directions. The more I lay there and think about the Ticking noise, it doesn't make sense.

I feel as if my body had just been hit by a car and ran over repeatedly, almost like the person driving wanted to kill me. And wanted to make sure I was dead. My head had a slight pain in it, like a distant pounding of a brick to my skull. Almost like someone was stuck trying to worn me or just trying to break out of the deep dark depths of the forgotten part of my brain, where all the dead memories and feelings are left to die.

Cold... so very cold now. The cold is covering my body just like a blanket. "Get up..." I hear a whisper into my ear, there is nobody from miles around that I can tell. "Get up. It's time to get up." A soft sweet voice of warm and comfort, something inside of me is telling me to do what the voice says. The slight pounding in the distance of my head suddenly became harder and started to cause a little more pain. I ignore it because it's still not enough to make me do something about it. My arm shifted and shook, I tried to lift it but it only left the ground for about two seconds, then fell back down to the earth with a thud. Sleep... oh sleep sounded amazing, my eyes were droopy and black at the bottoms of the eyelids. Maybe if I sleep for a while I will get enough strength to sit up and see where I am exactly. Then everything went black.

Leaves... Oh beautiful leaves. My hands brush the ground drenched in colorful crunchy leaves. The sun hits my skin with its warm rays, I feel toasty and welcomed by the sun. Over a ways was a big pile of leaves that was just screaming ''jump in me'  I ran over and leaped into the pile, leaves flew everywhere but I went somewhere as well. Falling and falling, deeper into this black hole under the leaves. Until hands black as coal and cold as ice, grabbed my body so that I wouldn't keep falling. I looked down and it was at least a few hundred more miles till the bottom, it was like a black bottomless pit. The hands began to pull every which way, pulling me apart. "AHHH!" I screamed yanking and screaming "LET ME GO!" Till finally they did. I regretted it as soon as they let go, I screamed as I fell deeper into the darkness till I couldn't see anything. Then *SNAP*!

I jumped up almost falling, from the lack of strength. My body was struggling to stay standing so I just sat back down. What happened... it was all a dream I had to reassure myself just so I would stop shaking. I was able to look around now that I wasn't stuck to the ground, the air was a soft breeze of bitter cold. Leaves where falling from the trees that surrounded the dirt road I was sitting on. Such a beautiful... I didn't really actually know what time it was, I couldn't see the sun and it wasn't bright out, but it wasn't dark either. Finally I was able to balance my body and stand up.

Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a glimmer of light, shining threw the trees. I slowly moved one foot after the other retraining them to walk as if I was two again. Pushing threw the leaves and the bushes and trees, I finally reached the other side. To my surprise nothing was there, only black, darkness, despair...

I felt light headed and my body broke down, hitting a tree knocking me out cold.

"AHHH!" I sat up screaming in my bed.  I grabbed my head in pain, because I had a massive headache. It was like the little person pounding was getting stronger, Angrier, more aggressive. Was this real? I really had no clue what just happened, everything that had just happened was so realistic, I felt everything, and I can still see it all clearly. *Buzz* My phone goes off, its sitting on the small table shaped like an elephant sitting next to my bed. My phone keeps going off even as I grab ahold of it. I open it and go to my messages to find that my boyfriend Joseph had been texting and calling for the past three hours. So, pushing the call button on his contact information, I decided to call him back to stop his worrying.
   *Ring ring ring*
"Hello?"
"Hey. Why were you calling so early? Is everything ok?"
"What do you mean early? It's 6:00 am."

I quickly jump out of bed and to my desk that is sitting a crossed from my bed. My alarm clock was sitting there and Joseph was right it was 6:00 am.
"Sorry, I don't know how I slept that long..."

Grabbing my alarm clock I check the settings and the volume had been turned down to zero.
"It's fine, you just worried me. I had to make sure you were ok. Are you ok?"

My head still is aching and I'm trying to decide weather or not to tell him about the Dream/Reality thing that happened last night.
"Ya I'm fine."
"Good, I will call you later. Bye."
"Bye."

I throw my phone onto my queen size bed, and then fall onto my bed myself. My hands rub my forehead that is now covered in sweat, I'm not even hot I'm  actually very chilly. Soon I realize that I'm tired again, I haven't eaten or drank anything today. I've been sleeping all day long but yet my body is screaming sleep, so I lay back down and prepare to fall back asleep. Something inside me is saying don't go to sleep, you may have that weird dream/reality thing again. But I ignore it because I usually ignore that little voice inside me, because it's so small.

Slowly my vision gets blurry, and I drift into a deep sleep.
