It was like waking up from really long nap only...we were on a huge damn tree in the middle of nowhere.

The moment we realized this messed up world was real is when the insanity began.

One by one they flooded in through the trees like their life depended on it.My mind was in a whirl as I saw...well..I am not sure what to call them but all I knew is that we were trapped.I wiped the cold sweat trailing its way down my face.
I started to ask Teme if he had a plan but saw he was just as rattled.My arms shook from fear as I crouched to steady myself on the branch.
Slowly I peeked at the bone chilling faces below.
What... what are these things?
As if hearing my thoughts, one particularly creepy one looked straight at me with a smile that would make a grown man cry.
A shiver ran down my spine as it looked at me like I was next on it's grocery list.
They look like people...but...whats with the...

A strong pull on my shirt sent me flat on my ass.Too caught up in the eery gaze of their dead eyes; my brain failed to register one was attempting to jump up.With a single strike Sasuke sent one of the strange looking ones flying to the ground.Screeches came from the creature as it ran off.
"Hn...so they can get to us.Just fucking great" With a huff Sasuke sheathed his sword.
I watched as he walked over to Sakura.(Yes..you heard right.)They both started to collaborate on an escape route. Even I know without enough chakra to even preform low class jutsu...we were pretty much screwed.
