The best and worse day of my life

Kaesi's pov:
Ok so today the whole group got together and we went to Starbucks. While we were at Starbucks Dom left for like 10 minutes and when he came back he had a card and chocolate. I wasn't paying attention when he came in but when he came up to me my life flashed before my eyes. I just got shot in the back... the only thing I could see was dom he was holding onto me.... I think we were in an ambulance. When we got to the hospital I completely blacked out.
Doms pov:
I was so close to asking Kaesi out but right when I got to her a girl shot her in the back and ran. I held on to Kaesi the whole way to the hospital. On the way to the hospital she muttered something that I'm not sure she meant to say she said,"....I.....love.....you......dom.....thank you." After that she blacked out. I hugged her and whispered in her ear "I love you too."
