Chapter Fourteen

Hey everyone,

I think it's fair to tell everyone who's been reading this book, that me and will did spilt (real life) it wasn't too long ago actually. I kept writing because I love it. I don't want to stop because of a breakup we both can't help.

It was because I had moved states, I do miss him but yeah, it's a long story now. Lots of things do change once you break up.

It was the next morning, I woke up about eight o'clock it checked my phone and I had a message from Karlie, she told me she was free today and that she was going to meet me down stairs in 20 minutes.

I got up off the lounge and had a shower, I saw will sleeping on the bed smiling. I wonder who he was smiling about, I see in the bathroom my big bunch of flowers all over the floor, my heart sunk. Last night happened. He left a note this time.

'Claudia,

I'm sorry. I can't even explain because I don't know why it happened. I'm mad at myself. I know you won't talk to me so I wrote you a letter. I'll leave you alone tomorrow or today whenever you read this.

I just roll my eyes and hop into the shower, I wash my body in my favorite body wash, it's coconut with little exfoliating balls in them. It smelt amazing, I get out of the shower and dry myself, I make sure my hairs not wet so I give it a quick blow dry. It was really loud, I hope I didn't wake will up. After I finish blow drying my hair I get dressed in a floral dress with cute little floral wedges, I curl my hair with my curler and braid half of my hair so all the curls were sitting on one side, I put mascara on and Katy perry perfume. After I was done I put all the stuff I used in my bag and left a note saying when I'll be back and left.

I got on the elevator and pressed the button to go to the ground level. I see Karlie waiting down stairs, she had minimal make up on, she had her hair up in a very neat messy bun, she wore a high waisted skirt and a pastel colored top with blue wedges that were gorgeous.

'Okay, if any guy falls over today, you know why!' She said. 'I know, you look stunning!' I said complimenting her outfit, goodness it made me really insecure. 'Not me silly. You!! How can will not like you? You're really pretty when you aren't dressed up but when you are you are absolutely gorgeous!' She said, i rolled my eyes and we both laughed. We made our way to the taxi and we asked to put a good song on and it happened to be titanium, we screamed and told the poor old man to blast it, we scream out the lyrics to every passing car scaring all of them except for the bunch of guys who look like they are going to a club at 8:30 in the morning, we laughed they were heading in the same direction as us, but we lost them in the end.

As the song ended, the driver turned the song down. I feel my phone vibrate. I look down to see five miss calls from Amy, seven from will and two from Tim, I wasn't ready to talk to will, I didn't want to explain to amy what happened last night yet and I knew Tim would ask the least questions so I called him. He asked me where I was and that everyone was worried, I told him that will knew I was going out, and that I'll be back later, he then replied with what happened last night and I said I didn't want to talk about it and hung up, perfect timing much. We got to our destination as soon as I was off the phone. I see Karlie with a worried look in her eyes, I told her not to ask. We got to the coffee club for breakfast, ironically the guys we sung to were there as well, they sat across from us, I didn't notice them at first until they came up to us. 'You are the pretty girls who sang to us!' One of the three said to us, I believe there was more, not too sure. 'Oh goodness me.' I looked at Karlie and we both laughed. They all introduced themselves, the first ones name was Reece, the second ones name was Calum, he was absolutely gorgeous. The third guys name is Justin, he was cute he had a girlfriend name jade, she was pretty. She had short really light brown hair, she had big brown eyes with the longest eyelashes in the world. She was skinny as well I told him that and he just said 'you tell her she never believes me' she's insecure just like me. 'Id love to meet her.' I said. The three boys sat down with us. Calum kept eying me, like he was trying to figure me out but I didn't give up my walls.

We hear another two boys call out the boys names when they saw us they stopped and freaked out 'woah! You're the girls who sang to us! You look a lot different when your faces aren't crinkled.' That's what Peter said. He then soon after introduced him self, then there was jack, he just stared deeply into Karlie eyes, I looked at her doing the same thing, she introduced herself first not taking her eyes off him once, she just stared into his eyes. Everyone around the table felt the tension between her and jack. The tension was that thick you wouldn't be able to cut through it with scissors. 'Well I just want to drink my chai latte, uh does anyone want anything else?' I say trying to cut awkward silence. 'Yeah I'll come with you.' I hear Calum say as he stands up. 'Yeah Cal knows what we want we will wait here. You guys can look after yourself right?' Reece said, I nodded and turn to walk off 'why didn't I see how beautiful you were from that taxi?' I hear jack say to you. I walk away as fast a possible can grabbing Calum. 'Now that's something awkward.' I say cutting the silence as we wait in line to order. 'I know right. I'm not even sure if I want to go back there!! The other boys look awkward.' Calum adds as we both look at them. 'Im Calum by the way, I know we already introduced ourselves, but I wanted to do it personally.' He says as he hold his hand open. 'Its okay, I'm Claudia. You're American?' I asked listening to his accent. He laughs 'close enough, I was raised in Australia until about 17 then I moved to America I've been living there for about a year now. Me and my mates needed to get away from that life and enjoy a holiday for once. It's hard working everyday, not coming home to my mum or my family, so these boys are my family... Ah sorry. I didn't mean to spill so much.' He said. 'Yeah a little off guard, but it's okay. I'm not going to judge, trust me after last nights monstrosity that's really nothing. And please don't ask, it's a really long story I'm not mentally prepared to talk about.' I said, 'I'm an open person really, I like purple, I love talking, shopping is my thing, I love punk rock or any sort of music for that matter, I don't talk to my dad, I adore my mum and step dad he's my dad, I love chai tea more than anything in the world, favorite foods sushi, favorite drink is anything fruity, I love alcohol that makes you feel refreshed I hate milky alcohol, I have a boyfriend who's a total twitch, I'm not even sure if he loves me after last night. I'm finishing high school, I turn eighteen in a week, I'm really excited. I see the positives in life more than the negatives because life's too short to worry' I just say sighing, 'I know we just meet.. And you're taken and all, but if I ask you to marry me will you say yes?' He says as he locks his eyes in mine, 'are you ready for the commitment?' I reply sarcastically. 'Yes, it still feels like you only just introduced yourself like an hour ago.' He says keeping up with this antic. 'It was literally 10 minutes ago love. Anyway, Jack is he taken?' I ask politely, obviously not for myself. You can see Karlie wants to know, just by looking at her. 'No.' Calum replies. 'Do you want him?' He says looking at me seriously with jealousy running around his eyes. 'No, of course not. I'm taken number one reason, two I'm married to you now, and three Karlie wants to know.' I reply loosing my self in his brown eyes, i quickly bring myself back to reality. 'How do you know?' He asked looking towards our friends. I mean his friends and Karlie.

'Im a girl, I just know everything. Now let's order' I said walking towards the counter.
