Obsession

The Boy

I was awoken by my alarm playing right now. I had to get ready for the last day of senior year. I got up and went straight to the bathroom I put on my makeup curled my hair and then i got dressed. I went down stairs just as I heard my mom say breakfast was ready. "Are you excited?", my mom said as I finished my pancakes. "Yes very, I cant wait to come home and relax.", I replied. "Paige", said Romeo, my little bro, "Since your graduating and later going to college does this mean your gunna stop being obsessed with One Direction". "No, and I'm not obsessed". "Yes you are, you have their cd's, movie, and school supplies". "So that doesn't make me obsessed with them". Sometimes Romeo can be the best lil bro but sometimes he can be very mean , I guess its because he's only 12. "Mom I'm going walking to school and I'm walking back too". "Okay be careful and don't talk to strangers". "I know I know, bye love you"."Love you too take care". My mom can be a little overprotective. Sometimes she treats me as if I'm still 13. Anyways I started to walk to school and Icame across a boy with loads of tats he seemed like a punk. I looked at him for a while and he kind of looked familiar but I kept walking. As I walked I felt like someone was watching me and following me. I turned around and i saw that boy walking behind me staring. I walked faster and I felt my heart beat fast. I was kinda scared of him. Why was he following me? Did he mistake me for someone else? I walked faster and I turned to the right almost approaching the school and as I turned around to see if that boy was still there I couldn't see him anymore. I felt relived and walked and then seen him across the street staring at me. What did he want from me?

I kept walking towards the school. Maybe he would leave if he sees me go inside the school. As I walked in holding on to my backpack tight I noticed him lean against a light pole. I was a little relieved he didn't come in but was he going to leave or not? I headed to my locker. I took out my science book, math book, and binder. I put my backpack away and locked the locker. I headed for science class still a little scared. I walked in to find that he was in my class. Ive never seen him in my class before, or have I? Maybe I just noticed him. I don't know, but throughout class i could feel him starring at me. I heard the bell and immediately grabbed my things and left to my next class. He was in that class too. Was he always here? I kept thinking to myself maybe he thinks I'm someone else, yeah that should be it. But was that really the situation or not? It was time for lunch and i sat with my best friend, Silvia, I told her about him and she said she has never seen him around. I noticed that he sat two tables away from us. He continued to stare while he was eating. "Do you think maybe he just thinks I'm someone else.", I said."I wouldn't be sure he's staring at you as if your a special person, do you want me to go talk to him?" "NO WAY!",I said. If she was to tell him something he might think I hate him or something. "What if he goes to your house?" "I'll call the cops easy as that." What if he did follow me home? My mom doesn't get home till 4. It was time to leave and I told Silvia I'd text here if anything happened. I walked home and he was walking behind me just watching and following. I thought maybe I should run, so I did. He ran too. I was about to arrive to my house and he was still running. I walked in locked all the doors and windows. Romeo was already home and he asked "Whats wrong with you?" "I just ran and mom said to lock the doors and windows" "We never do that?" "Well today we are". I looked outside he was leaned against a tree across the street. What would happen when mom got home? Would he still be there?

It was 4 and mom arrived. She knocked on the door. I ran and unlocked it and opened it. "Why did you lock it?", she said."No reason". I looked outside before closing the door and he was gone. No where to be seen. Maybe he went back home. I hope he did because he was beginning to creep me out. I sent a message to Silvia saying DUDE HE FOLLOWED ME HOME AND LEANED ON A TREE ACROSS THE STREET AND WHEN MOM GOT HOME HE WAS GONE!!! She replied and said to confront him and tell him to back off. I just said okay but i don't want to. He creeps me out with his tattoos and lip ring. It was getting late so i went to sleep.

I woke up and I decided to stay in my pajamas today. I ate breakfast and grabbed my IPad and FaceTimed Silvia. We talked for like 30 minutes because my mom sent me to the store to grab some groceries. I hoped I didn't see that boy again. Unfortunately I did he followed me to the store. I went to the restroom and when i came out he was standing there. I went up to him,"Why are you following me everywhere I go including my house?" "Well you just look so beautiful and I wanted to protect you and make sure no one would hurt you." "Well thats nice of you but I'm sure ill be fine on my own." I started to walk away, but he took my arm and squeezed it tight. "Im not going to let you walk away whether you like it or not your going to be mine forever and I will protect you." "Im sorry but I don't know who you are or what your name is and please let go of me it hurts." He pulled his hand away from my arm. "My name is Harry and you're Paige and were going to be together forever" "Okay how do you know my name and whats your last name?" "You don't need to worry about that right now." "Fine, but don't come to my house anymore okay just stay away from my house please." "Fine but I'll still protect you here." I smiled and walked to the cashier to pay. He was of coarse standing about 7 feet away from me. I paid and made my way out the store. As i walked down the street a couple of guys came up to me and stole my purse. I turned and yelled "HEY BRING THAT BACK IM CALLING THE COPS!!". They just ran and then I saw Harry take the purse with no problem and they all ran away from him and said sorry to me. He handed me the bag and said "Even if you don't want me at your house I'm going anyway." "Thanks.", I said and walked to my house. I took my IPad out and told Silvia to FaceTime me right away. "Whats up.", she said. "That guys name is Harry he followed me to the store and I talked to him and he said", my mom walked into the door, "I'll tell you later moms home bye." I ended the call and mom arrived with Romeo. Before she shut the door i saw Harry staring at me. I walked outside and said "Its only my mom and brother." " I know", he replied and once again held my arm tight, "But why did you tell Silvia about me?" How did he know?
