Chapter 8

The headmaster's grip didn't falter and faith's vision kept getting worse and worse until everything started going dark. Faith's breathing slowed down until faith used the rest of her strength and grabbed the headmaster and thought what she wanted. The headmaster's grip loosened until he let go faith fell to ground inhaling for air faith's vision slowly returned. " W-WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING GEORGE " faith couldn't help but yell at the headmaster she was upset. Faith held her breath when she looked into the headmaster's eyes they were pitch black it was as if he was being possessed. " George is that really you " the headmasters lips curled into a grin " what's it to you jinx " that voice definitely doesn't belong to the headmaster. Before faith could grab the headmaster and say what she wanted to fix him but the headmaster burst into a ball of flame revealing a demon.  Faith got thrown backwards crashing through the rotted walls of her cabin landing on the broken bookcase. " Ow why do people like breaking my bookcase so much " As faith stood up to look back at what happen she regretted it that wasn't the headmaster anymore the person had huge black wings with psychotic look on his face. He had a long blood red robe on he looked at faith with pure black eyes " oh faith you don't remember me do you. " Faith recognized the voice it was the same voice that the headmaster used when he called her a jinx the voice that scares faith to death. " I don't know w-who y-you are " the man laugh shook the ground to the point where faith thought he will cause the ground to crack open. " Oh faith you better remember within the next 10 minutes or I will take everybody's life in this pitiful town you hear me "  everyone in the town started screaming and ran into the woods some locking themselves into there house. Faith filled with anger until she exploded " WHY TAKE IT OUT ON THEM YOU WANT ME NOT THEM OR ARE YOU JUST MORE PSYCHOTIC THAN YOU LOOK ! " Before he could explode with laughter again someone came up from behind him and whacked him with a shotgun that appeared to have run out of bullets. Faith about flipped when he saw who it was it was lila who looked like she was beaten a few times " LILA WHAT ARE YOU DOING ! " Faith sprinted towards lila taking the hit from the winged man which threw her across the ground slamming into the water tower. Faith couldn't see anything everything was growing dark the last thing faith could here was the screams from lila anniha and raven until everything was pitch black. " She can't go out like this she need's to save the world " faith could hear voices but didn't know who they belonged to. " WAKE UP " faith jolted up but wasn't in shay town anymore faith was standing on clouds " WHAT WHERE AM I AM I DEAD ! " Faith found who the voice belonged to it was a short chubby woman with thick orange hair " oh no sweetie yes you are dead but nothing to worry about. " Faith almost had a heart attack " WHAT I CAN'T BE DEAD MY FRIENDS M-MY TOWN THEY'RE IN TROUBLE " the woman looked at her with sadden eyes " they're nothing we can do about we're all dead and we can't bring you back i'm sorry. " Faith couldn't help but break down in tears  " I-I let everyone down I was the o-only one who could s-stop him i'm h-horrible i'm just a j-jinx why did I think I c-could save e-everyone ! " The woman looked at faith with sadden eyes not sure if she could help faith feel better but soon turned and walked away. Faith didn't know where she went but didn't care all she wanted to do is be alone faith noticed a portal looking thing and stood up to see what was in it. It was shay town faith heart sunk when she saw her limp body but faith started crying even more when she saw anniha lila and raven sitting around her crying and screaming. Faith started screaming at the portal when she saw the wingman makes his way towards her friends. "  NO DON'T TOUCH THEM THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING " but it was hopeless he grabbed them and threw them across the ground " NO STOP PLEASE DON'T HURT THEM " faith started sobbing and started thrashing at the portal. " WHY WHY DOES HE HAVE TO HURT THEM THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THEY'RE NOT THE JINX I AM ! " Right before faith could hit the portal one more time a bright light held onto her fist before it could make contact and dragged her through a door. " NO NO I CAN'T LET HIM HURT THEM STOP LET ME GO " the bright light let her go she dropped to the stone ground. Faith couldn't stop her tears they kept coming and coming until faith couldn't breath well. A sweet soothing voice could be heard throughout the room " shhh everything will be alright take a calm breath in and breath out " faith couldn't help but do what the voice said. " Now everything will alright " the voice sounded so familiar to faith " w-who talking t-to me and h-how do you k-know everything will be o-okay I left my t-town to d-die i-i'm a jinx ! " The tears made their way back " I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY I COULD SAVE THEM ALL I DID WAS PUT THEM IN DANGER " the anger came back but stronger. " Shhh little one everything will be okay " a bright light came from behind on what looked like a throne showing a beautiful woman " everything will be okay guppy. " Faith knew this person she knew that nickname but from where " g-guppy me " the woman just gave faith the biggest smile " yes you guppy the nickname I gave to you when you were born. " The woman touch faith's forehead until a blinding light flashed before faith's eyes causing memories to flood her head. The day faith was born was the first one to pop up faith jaw dropped open when she saw her mother it was the woman right in front of her.
