Today I was nervous.  I was going out with Mallory!  I was probably going to make a fool of myself and she is never going to want to go out with me again.  I was walking over to the Coffee Octopus wear she said to meet her when I saw something out of the corner of my eye.  Someone , or something, was seemed to be following me!  I cautiously started walking faster getting more nervous with every step.  The person sped up to.  Now I knew that thing was after me.  I started running at full speed when it suddenly appeared in front of me and I veered to the right launching myself into the bushes and cutting my leg.  I saw the thing staring at the bush.  It seemed like forever before it left.  I warily looked out of he bush making sure it was gone and then stood up.  I brushed myself off and when I looked up someone was staring me in the face!  It was Mallory!  I jumped back pressing against the bushes.  "Oh Hey Mike!" Mallory cheerfully stated.  "Um, Hi." I replied a little bit creeped out.  "Where were you?" Mallory asked.  "I ordered us a Octopus Special!".  "Uh, This thing chased me into the bushes and I was hiding here.".  Then it hit me.  "It was the monster!" I stated.  "I know it was!  How else could've it teleported.  Mallory was looking at me funny.  "Theres no such thing as monsters!"  Mallory said.  "They are only in your mind.".  Mallory was acting a bit strange but I guessed she was just being silly and teasing me.  "Sooo, umm, wanna' go to the Coffee Octopus now?" I said trying to change the subject.  "Oh Man!  Sorry!" Mallory said.  "I promised my mom I'd be home by six!  Sorry!".  "Want me to walk you home?" I said trying to make up for this horrible date.  "No." she said walking off.  "Great, Just Great" I thought as I walked towards the Coffee Octopus.  I was hungry so I decided to go there and get a sandwich.  As I walked in the guy at the counter said "Whats wrong?".  I told him about what happened.  The last thing I heard him say as I walked out creeped me out.  "She's back".
