(This is before the ceremony)

Today is the big day. Today I get married to my best friend. Today starts a new beginning. Today I feel good. Today Jerome will be seeing me as who I am. Everyone will. Ashley is getting her bridesmaid dress on as I am getting my hair done by Ashley’s friend Monica, and my makeup has been done. The dress looks so beautiful.

When I walked down the aisle, Ryan walked me down because of our dad leaving us when we were younger. Jerome looked so handsome. Mitch was the best man, and Jason, Adam, Quentin, Ian, and Ty were standing next to Mitch and Jerome, because they were the groomsmen. On my side, Ashley, Tiffany (iHasCupQuake) Dawn, and my god-sisters, Hailey and Lorraine. My Godfather was the priest. Jerome’s family wasn’t there. I know it hurt for him but his family didn’t care for him. We tried so much to get them here but they wouldn’t budge. Usually back when we were younger Jerome stayed at our house because his parents were abusive. I guess he sorta was apart of our family before we got engaged. I just stood there and did what I was supposed to and then I remember something I saw on the internet. Back in medieval times, the couple who was getting married had to do “the dance with no pants*” in front of everyone, now it’s just a kiss, which is a lot better. “You may now kiss the bride” said my godfather and I kissed Jerome. God I love him so much it’s like i would do anything for him.

Now, of course we had to take so many different photos, it took us like 3 hours just to get us to the afterparty

*The dance with no pants is sex but my brother (IRL one Jake) uses “the dance with no pants” instead so….

(the afterparty)

The first thing that happened was that all of the bridal party and the groomsmen walk in, Everyone danced and I saw Hailey and Lorraine dancing the Macarena. Gosh they are like my sisters. and then It was our turn. We planned this out. We were gonna play “Oh Yeah” by Yello.. old song, like 20 years old. It’s the song my parents used to walk into their wedding. I know it would make them know how much we love them. After that, our first dance was to the song “Let her go” by passenger, and then the dance floor was open and then Hailey began to dance and then I joined in and then soon enough everyone was dancing. And then Jerome and I called “AI SHIBABA” and all of our family members screamed “HEY HEY” (this is like our family role call or something) And then we said “Drinks are almost done so go get those Kiddy Cocktails before the bar closes” Then as soon as everyone left and we cleaned up, Jerome and I left and got back to the TC house, and we fell right asleep.
