“Jerome, honey we need to pick up the kids.”
“Here. Call them, see if they want to st-” At that moment the power went out.
I got on the phone and called Mitch.
“Hey! Our power went out. Jerome called the energy company, they’ll be here in a week.”
“Come stay with me and Ash! The kids have had some fun!”
“Thanks, we’ll be there really soon! We’ll bring some pizza and some Bud!”
“Alright, we’ll see you soon.”
The phone beeped signalling that the phone call ended.
“JEROME! Get a flashlight and get the kids clothes ready for a week!” I shouted.
I got our clothes ready and I got my clothes ready.
We packed our laptops, we didn’t want to bring the desktops, and we packed our mics.
After that we drove to the store to pick up some Budweiser © and went to Tortorice’s © to get some pizza. Then we went straight to Mitch’s. We moved, so we live near him now. We live in Toronto, GOO MAPLE LEAFS! LOL NOPE, DETROIT RED WINGS FOREVER! And Mitch lives in Ottawa. When we got there the twins were waiting at the door with a plate of cupcakes. Then Mitch explained. “Ash wanted some cupcakes, and I said that the twins and I would make some. I had one. They are actually really good.”
