The next day Emma woke up to her phone blaring next to her ear. She rolled over to see that the number was unknown. Emma did her best to wake up before she answered.
"Hello?" She answered questioningly
"Good morning darling." A British man replied.
"I think you have the wrong number. I don't know anyone with an accent and no one calls me darling." She responded.
"Are you saying this isn't the girl that I ran into yesterday at the coffee shop?"
"Oh....ummmm.... Yes it is, how did you get this number?" She asked at almost a whisper.
"I went back to the coffee shop and the barista said that I should call this number and make sure you were okay from yesterday."
"Oh, well I'm fine thanks for calling to make sure."
"It is not a problem, I actually wanted to see you again anyway. What is your name?"
"Ummmm.... My name is Emma, why would you want to see me again?" This time her response was barely louder than a mouse.
"Emma, that is such a beautiful name. It fits though for such a beautiful girl. My name is Peter. Maybe we could go get coffee, so I can get to know you better."
"I do need my coffee for the day, I can meet you at the same coffee shop as yesterday."
"That sounds delightful, I will see you in twenty minutes."
At that Peter hung up and Emma didn't know what just happened.
Once she finally realized what happened she only had ten minutes to get ready and leave.
