The knock on my door interrupted my thoughts, I reluctantly went to my door and opened it, I sighed Aimy and Brax, "come in" I said leaving the door for them to come in, I sat on my bed "He did this to you didn't he" Brax said annoyed "Yeah" "I can't take it anymore he yelled "we should run away" "Run away! Are you outta your mind?" I said looking at Brax then Aimy "So what do you wanna do? Stay here and let the man we call our dad keep abusing us? You in particular, I mean look at you" he said pointing at my black eye, I sighed "I don't know okay, but we can't go, maybe he'll come around one day" I said knowing that will never happen "Alicia, I know this is hard for you, but we have to leave" Aimy said looking at Brax "Fine, but when?" "We've planned all of that, come to Petty and Andy's room by twelve in the night today" "Okay, now leave, I wanna take a shower" I said throwing pillows at them as they left the room. I stood up, took my clothes off and entered the bathroom. Am so late for school.
After 10 minutes, I was done bathing, I dried my body and went over to my walk in wardrobe, I looked at my clothes, I found what to wear for today, my black and grey t-shirt that has a cute tiny pocket by the side, my black jeggins, and my black all stars. After putting on my clothes, I went over to my mirror, horrible, I look horrible, I took my Mary-Kay foundation and put it around my eye to conceal my black eye, I then put my black eye shadow and eye liner, then my lip gloss, I picked up my bracelet and wristwatch and put it on my arm, I then picked up my black and red school bag on my right shoulder, I curled my hair into loose curls, and I was done. I walked at of my room, closing the door behind me.
