"What?" Brent said as his eyes watered and sadness came to his face.
"I basically ruining your life Brent. Me out of the equation is for the best of us," I said as tears started rolling down my cheeks.
"But it doesn't have to end like this though. We can call the cops Y/N," he said calmly as his hand rested on my cheek.
"No you don't understand Brent. You've never dealt with him before. He will kill you," I said sobbing.
Brent pulled me into a hug as he rubbed my back while my tears flooded down my cheeks and onto his shirt.
"You know, I'll wait for you Y/N. No matter what," he said as I nodded.
I get up as I looked at Brent for the last time.
"This is goodbye Brent."
"Until next time," he said as he stands up and kisses me once more. "I love you."
Tears trickled down my face as I wiped them away and headed outside, where I dealt with my abusive ex boyfriend.
As I head out the door, I looked back at the house and remember all the good memories that will be forever stored in this house forever.
"I love you too, Brent."

Walking over to my ex wasn't easy. Especially when he is really abusive and can get out of control. Despite that, his parents also works for the government, so there was never justice for me.
"Hey baby. I knew you would come to me," he said as he squeezed the living life out of me through his hug.
"I miss you too babe," I whispered as I looked up the window to see Brent peeping at us.
I signaled Brent to get away from the window as soon as possible while I released my hug from Joshua.
"You ready to live the rest of our lives together hun?" he said as I nodded in fear.
"I certainly am."
