After a few more hours of driving, at around 10 o'clock at night, Silver finally drives into Soleanna and parks his car in front of his house. Sonic looks at up his house, Silver's house is white on the outside with a black roof, it has an upstairs room with several windows and a chimney. Sonic walks in with Silver carrying his bags. Sonic looks around, "Wow Silver this is nice." Silver chuckles a little "Eh, it's alright I guess." Silver sits his keys on the coffee table, he makes his way to the kitchen opening his fridge. He grabs a bottle of sparkling water. Sonic looks at Silver as he chuckles, "Silver, when are you ever going to try wine or champagne?" Silver looks at him confused, "Why would I drink that when I have freshly aged sparkling apple cider?". The blue hedgehog looks at him weirdly, "Alright Silvy it's what ever you say." Silver heard Sonic's pet name for him and a slight red blush appears on his face, "S-Silvy?" he asked cutely. Sonic glances at him smiling, "I mean unless you have a problem with the nickname I wont-" he was cut off by Silver's outburst, "No! It's fine okay?!"...there was an awkward silence as Silver's face turns completely red.

Sonic looks away, "Alrighty Silvy...if it means that much to you I'll keep the name." Silver sighs, "Lets just get you packed in the rooms for now." Silently, Silver walks up the stairs with Sonic and his bags as they start unpacking. When they were finished, Sonic's room had a blue dresser with a 78" flat screen tv on top of it, his window curtains were a fainted blue and a black rectangular rug with a queen size bed with dark blue covers. His bed frame was white and he has 2 big blue pillows and 1 small light blue pillow. Sonic was putting the last few things in his dresser as he whipes sweat off his head. "Thanks Silvy, I couldn't have done this in 4 hours without you." Silver folds up his clothes neatly and sets them in the lower drawer, "You're welcome Sonic, I'm sorry about the dropping your suitcase full of chillidogs down the stairs though, sometimes I can be such a clutz." Silver looked down embarrassed as he rubs his arm. Sonic walks over to him and lifts his head up making Silver look into his eyes. "Hey don't sweat about it Silvy, maybe keeping a dozen chillidogs in a loose suitcase wasn't a good idea, and besides, now your hallway smells like chilli! That's a way to keep me here." Silver blushes slightly looking at Sonic, "Sonic..." he says in his soft sweet voice starring at the blue hedgehog. Sonic chuckles slowly stop as he looks back into Silver's eyes, his hand still caressing his cheek. Silver stumbles on his words, "I...u-uh" he looks at him softly until something dawns on him. "Oh! Sonic I have a surprise." Sonic shakes his head, getting out of his daze of Silver's eyes, "Wh-What is it Silvy?" Silver grabs Sonic's hand and runs down the stairs into the kitchen. Sonic was looking confused but he follows Silver anyway. Once in the kitchen, Silver opens the fridge to reveal stacks of hot dogs and blueberry cherry mixed pop sodas. "Before you came to move in, I stocked up on your favorite soda and hot dogs, and also..." Silver opens his cabinets to show Sonic several cans of chilli. "I also bought lots of chilli for chillidogs whenever you want to have some. O-Or unless you want me to make them for you." Silver smiles at him sweetly, Sonic was in complete bliss as he stares at the sodas, hot dogs and chilli. It was like he was in some chillidog fantasy or dream and he didn't want to wake up at all. Silver was about to speak until Sonic hugs him and picks him up as he spins him around. "Oh my Mobius Silvy! You're amazing! Thanks so much this is awesome!" Silver laughs as his face turns extremely red. "Okay, okay Sonic I understand you're happy now put me down." Sonic chuckles as he gently puts Silver down, "Sorry, I guess I got alittle carried away. I'll make some right now if you'd like." Sonic nods his head rapidly and Silver starts cooking.

Every so often, Sonic would lean over his shoulder impatiently. "Are they ready now?" He ask Silver as the smell of the chilli was hitting his nose making his tail wag rapidly. "Not yet Sonic go sit down." Sonic groans as he sits down at the table tapping his foot. Silver smirks and he knew how much Sonic hated waiting. Sonic looks in the kitchen, "Whats taking so long?! Cmon I'm hungry!" Silver shushes him, "Sonic...perfection takes time and patience." "Well I'm running out of both of those things." Sonic taps his foot more and Silver rolls his eyes, "Oh hush you and let me work my magic." Soon enough Silver walks over to Sonic with two chillidogs with cheese and bacon shreds on top of them and hot sauce drizzled over it. Sonic's mouth starts drooling over his food as he takes a bite of it, once he does he freezes. At first Silver looked worried and scared. "Wh-What's wrong Sonic?! T-Too much hot sauce?" Silver starts trembling in fear. Sonic chews the rest of it them swallows it as he stares at the chillidogs, "J-Just like how my mother used to make them..." Silver looks at him and he sees a tear forming in Sonic eyes as he keeps eating the chillidogs. "Well, when we were little and when I used to come over sometimes, when your mother made them, I sort of remembered the recipe...I hope you didn't mind." Sonic looked in disbelief, "The hint of sugar in the chilli and the ends of the hot dogs are cut off and stuffed into the bun and everything. It's all there...Silver..." Sonic looks up at him with so much emotions and love in his eyes. "Th-Thank you for taking me make to my memories...and everything else you've done for me...I-I needed someone like you in my life." Silver looks at him with sorrow and happiness, "Thank you Sonic, I'm glad I could bring that feeling back into your life again, it's not exactly like your mother's but I...I did my best." Sonic hugs him tightly, a bit of surprise caught Silver off guard, but he slowly hugs Sonic back, savoring the moment that wouldn't happen again for awhile....
