Chapter 2

RIHANNA
I was picking up Onika from hers and Aubrey's house. She looked normal as usual, but stiff.
Everytime she saw me she usually greeted me with a smile, or hug, this time she stormed in the car and checked her makeup.

"Someone's been grumpy." I looked at her.

She proceeded to look in the mirror.
I rolled my eyes, not wanting to deal with attitude once again.

"So where's Aubrey?" I asked.

" Somewhere that doesn't concern you Robyn.." She looked at me while putting on her gloss.
I wondered where her rudeness came from, I sighed pulling up into the restaurant.
We went inside and ordered the usual. We went to this restaurant often so we already knew what we wanted.

"So.. What's up with you?" I asked her feeling nervous while playing with the table cloth.

"Isn't it obvious?" She looked up from her phone.

"No, you haven't told me shit lately"

She stared at me for a bit, like she was trying to make out my face or something.

"Im... Just" We got interuppted when our food came.
When the waitress left, I gave Onika that demanding look I always had, to get the truth out of her, but she looked at me like I was crazy.

"What?" She said eating her fish.

"You gon' tell me?" I replied eating mine.

"Look at this cute ass dress" She changed the subject whilst shoving her phone in my face.

"Nika your so stubborn" I rolled my eyes
She sucked on her lip, and shrugged like she always did.

"Robs? You wanna come to Aubs party tonight?" She asked finishing her food.

"Yea. I already planned go" I smiled.

"How did you know ?" She said confused.

"Aubs texted me this morning." I set my plate aside, "While you were sleeping" I shrugged.

"Oh? This morning? I see, I see" She said with frustration, she started to jab her fork into her broccoli with out realizing it.

"Aye! Chill" I calmed her down. "You alright?" I said shocked.

"I'm fine." She slammed her sliverware down, "Lets go" She stormed up.
When I drove her home, I looked at her. Trying to figure out her problem. She sat in the passenger with her arms crossed and eyebrows furrowed.

"You know you can tell me anything right?" I moved her hair out of her face.
She didn't say anything, when we arrived at her house, She quickly opened the door and walked to the front.

"See you tonight?!" I yelled.

"Yeah." She waved without looking back and slammed the door.

NICKI
I was so sick of all the time Aubrey and Robyn were spending together. Yes, they were bestfriends, but they never talked this much. I never had a problem with them together, but now I'm not happy about it.
The clicks from my heels rang out around the house alarming Aubrey.
He came downstairs,
"What's up baby." He wrapped his arms around my slim curves and gave me long kiss.

"Hey boo" I set my purse on the counter, "How has your day been so far?" I sighed. I waited for an answer, but I didn't get one. I looked at him, he was texting with the largest smile.

"Ahem" I glared at him.

"Oh....it was okay baby" He looked up from his phone.

" You alright? You been actin' a lil off " He said concerned.

"Yes baby. I'm fine" I sat in his lap.
We cuddled for a bit, this is what I missed the most. I didn't want distance or secrets, because that's what we've been living on lately, and it truly got on my nerves.

"We better get ready for that party." He removed me off of him, and slapped my ass before he went to go get dressed.
I walked upstairs into our grand dressing room.
I dressed myself into a slim black dress, and minimal makeup: Aubrey's favorite look.

When Aubrey and I were finished getting dressed we walked down the spiral stairs meeting Jas, Chubbs, Mark, Ryan, and a couple other members of Aubrey's crew who were setting up the audio, and food.

Guests started to arrive, Beyoncé, Jay Pharoah, Gigi Hadid, Ariana Grande, Trey Songs, Hailey Baldwin, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Usher, French Montana, Iggy Azalea, Kanye and Kim, Kendrick Lamar, PND, Tyga, Tyra Banks, August Aslina, Ciara, Future👀, and more celebrities. It was just a typical Calabasas Party.
I socialized with people for a bit, they made my mood feel better. I haven't felt happy in a long time, that was until my eye got caught by the girl making her late appearance like always: Robyn Rihanna Fenty. She was wearing a similar black dress, with more cut outs and cleavage, and also minimal makeup. Of course she wore Aubrey's Fave look, did she do it on purpose? I mean I loved it when we matched but this time she just made me mad.
She obviously dyed her hair temporarily. She wore her black roots, with blonde ends.

The celebs who I were talking too, completely took their eyes off of me, and onto her. She was glowing. Like the star of the party.

"Robyn!" I heard a couple celebs yell, they hugged her. I sighed walking away, going to get a drink.
After I finished my favorite alcoholic drink, Rum. I made my way to find Aubrey. Of course I saw him whispering in Robyn's ear, hugging her, giving her that flirtatious smile that he usually gave me. She then wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face into his shirt, as he put his hand over her hair, rubbing it softly. They were in a corner, acting like nobody saw them. Almost as if they were hiding. It made me sick to my stomach. I quickly took a seat, Calming myself down before I made a scene.
"Hey" Robyn appeared sitting next to me.

"Oh hey" I fake smiled.
I tried to show her a good attitude tonight, I wanted her to think I wasn't mad at her. Even though I slightly was.
She was probably thinking I'm bipolar, like always, but I wanted to be nice to her for once. Because lately it hasn't been good.
We talked for awhile, and It felt good. It felt good to talk to my bestfriend without worrying about my man for once.
