TYLER'S POV~
The day ended pretty smoothly yesterday. I left school quietly without attracting the attention of a certain bully. I walked home and made sure to make mom dinner and quickly went to bed.I woke up early next morning with a determined mind. I'm gonna tell Jax how I feel. I thought over it all last night and made my decision. I know this will probably make him completely disgusted with me and get me beat very badly in the process, but my mother always told me not to hide my true self. I want to be strong like her and if that means getting hurt for what I am, then that will have to be.
I get myself dressed after my shower and head downstairs only to be horrified at what I saw. My mother was trying to cook but smoke was filling the kitchen. She coughed as she came to greet me at the stairs.
"Good morning sweetheart, I was just making breakfast for you." She explained as I helped her to the couch and went open up some windows. Once the smoke cleared I grabbed some of the slightly less burnt pancakes and ate them. My mother explained that she was trying to cook for me before I left since she always lets me cook, but I assured her it was alright.
After my breakfast I kissed my mom goodbye and left out to the garage. There I found my most reliable possession, my bike! My mother got me this bike before her illness got at its worst. I took it out and took and deep breath. I rode out onto the open road and hurried to school. I need to tell Jax how I feel.

I arrived at school 20 minutes before the home room bell rang. After I put my things in my locker, I went searching for Jax. I looked in the bathrooms, the halls, even the janitor's closet but he was nowhere to be found. Where could he be?!JAX'S POV~
I ran into school faster than light and hurried to put my things into my locker. My sudden lateness had to deal with coming home late last night and over sleeping. Then in the morning, my dad gave me this 30 minute lecture about the importance of getting proper sleep and that's when I realized I was going to be late. So I ran out, jumped on my motorbike, and hurried to school as fast as I could.I've discovered that staying up all night thinking about your relationship with a certain goody-two-shoes is not good for your health. I skipped dinner last night and breakfast this morning because of this ordeal. The most sane solution I came up with was to tell him how I feel. I mean that's the only way to get it off my mind, right?
I entered the classroom and sat down in the back with my friends. I searched the whole classroom for Tyler but to no avail. Where the hell is he? After searching for most of homeroom I decided to give up and focus on my studies.
After the end bell rang I rushed into the hall to search for Tyler once more. I finally found him all the way down the hall talking to Audrey and her friends. He had a bright blush covering his face as the girls all chanted and giggled around him. I couldn't hear what they were saying but by the look on Tyler's face I could tell it was something embarrassing for him.
I tried to make my way down the hall but the people in the hall just decided to stand there talking. They didn't even think of moving until I growled loudly at them. They cleared a path and scattered to class. By the time I made it halfway there I noticed that Tyler and the girls were gone. I sighed heavily and contemplated on kicking a locker in. The halls were empty by now and I was the only student left. I sighed and clenched my fists wishing I had a personal punching bag on deck.
Suddenly I heard heeled dress shoes coming down the hallway and I somehow knew who it was already. I just stayed where I was and waited to get lectured once again.
"Mr. Savage, may I ask why you're not in class?" Mr. Lowel, our principle called to me. I rolled my eyes and turned to face him with a smirk on my face.
