It was the fourth day of the camp and Koichi was there along with all the other schools, because Akaashi insisted he come. He had said that he'd just help out with the team stuff and practices  and such.

Koichi was helping the setter put up the nets in the gym, humming to himself as he did. "Thank you again for helping us, one of our manager's was sick and you still haven't got to watch us, so I figured it'd kill two birds with one stone." Akaashi blushed slightly. The dirty blond smiled warmly, his cheeks a light pink, because he was with the other male, "It's nothing, plus, you told me Karasuno would be here." Koichi giggled. "Why are you interested in Karasuno again?" The setter asked, slightly scared there was someone there he liked. "O-oh, well, um, my best friend Aikihiro goes there." The shorter boy mumbled shyly.

Akaashi sighed in relief, "Oh, okay." he smiled as he finished putting up his side of the net. "Do you need help over there?" he chuckled while watching Koichi try to tie the top part of the net up. "Maybe a little, I can't quite reach." the hazel eyed boy laughed nervously. "Yeah, sure." the setter smiled and walked over, crowding against Koichi as he helped tie the rope around the pole. Koichi's cheeks heated up, turning a dark pink, "Th-thank you." he smiled brightly. "No problem." Akaashi chuckled softly, looking down at the smaller boy, by this time Koichi had already turned around to move away from the pole but Akaashi was still close to him. "U-uh..?" was all the blond could manage, because his thoughts were scattered with how near the other was. Akaashi smiled slightly, "You've got nice eyes ya know? They're a really lovely shade of green, but the brown in them make them deeper somehow..Kind of like the Earth?" the setter muttered, tilting his head as he stared down into Koichi's eyes.

Koichi's eyes widened, he wasn't really sure if his blush could appear anymore than it already had, "Th-thank you.." he mumbled shyly, looking down at his hands while they fiddled with the hem of his shirt. "Don't look down..I can't see your face.." Akaashi said as he lifted the other male's chin up tenderly and stared into his eyes.

The moment was ruined when the captain of Fukurodani and the rest of the team entered the gym. Bokuto noticed what was going on and scowled, "Akaashi! C'mon, let's play!" he yelled. The dark eyed male sighed and walked over to his team, "Okay." he said as Bokuto handed the ball to him, "Toss to me?" the captian asked, smiling. "Yeah, sure." Akaashi mumbled, his normal demeanor back. Koichi was blushing as he stood on the sidelines, watching everyone come on the court. "Alright, we're playing three-on-three!" the captain of Fukurodani stated. A chorus of okay's coming from the team. The team began playing and Koichi watched Akaashi, smiling to himself and staring fondly.

The team had been going back and forth for a while now with Akaashi every so often shooting Koichi a smile. To which the shorter boy would giggle and smile back warmly. But, near the end of the game the setter was getting ready to set for Bokuto and he did a great job too, the ball seemed to go right where he wanted it to, the captain scoring the winning point. Koichi yelled happily with the winning team and came running over to Akaashi all bright and sparkly eyed, "Akaashi that was amazing!" the blond grinned, being rewarded with the setter blushing, "O-oh, well, thank you~" he laughed softly as he scratched his head nervously.

Bokuto frowned some, he didn't like Koichi, because Akaashi was his. Walking over the captain turned the shorter boy toward him and glared down at the blond, "What do you think you're doing?" the owl looking boy growled. Koichi's eyes widened slightly in fear, "I-I was just..telling Akaashi-san that he did a good job?" he stuttered slightly. "Well, don't nobody here likes you and neither does he." Bokuto stepped closer so he was towering over the hazel eyed boy. Koichi did something that surprised both him and the mean looking captain, he stepped closer and squared his shoulder's looking up at Bokuto. "Is that the reason he invited me here then? Or did you think that I just decided to tag along without permission, because I don't think so." Koichi scoffed. That was a bad idea, because Bokuto looked pissed, "Excuse you?" he pushed him hard and the team all gasped in shock, this wasn't their captain. "You're fucking excused!" the blond glared and pushed back. "Guys that's enough!" Akaashi yelled, trying to break them up when a fist whizzed past him and connected with Koichi's nose. The hazel eyed boy cried out and fell back onto the floor, cupping his face in his hands as tears threatened to start pouring. He quickly got up and dashed out of the gym, "Bokuto-san, that was too far!" Akaashi growled, then took off after the blond.

"Koichi, wait!" the setter yelled, catching up with the shorter boy and grabbing his wrist tightly so he couldn't keep running. Koichi stopped tears pouring down his cheeks, he wouldn't face the other male. "Koichi, please, I'm sorry, I had no idea that he'd do that.." Akaashi spoke gently, turning the blond toward him, what he saw broke his heart and his eyes widened in shock. "Koichi.." he muttered, cupping the other male's cheek tenderly. The blond's face was already beginning to bruise and was wet with his tears, he looked pitifully up at the setter. "My sweet bird.." Akaashi mumbled, leaning down to kiss his tears away softly. Koichi blushed at the action, but leaned up into the dark eyed boy's affection. "Does it hurt?" the setter asked referring to Koichi's nose. The smaller boy nodded, then scrunched his nose up when Akaashi bent down to kiss it tenderly, "There." the black haired boy smiled, cupping both his cheeks with his hands, amazed at how soft Koichi's face was. The blond giggled and nuzzled the other's hand, that's when Akaashi couldn't take it anymore and pressed his lips to the smaller boy's.

Koichi inhaled sharply, his cheeks turning a bright red and his eyes widening hugely. The setter pulled away, swallowing hard and blushing, "I-I'm sorry..I didn't mean--" he managed before the blond interrupted him, "I-it's okay..I liked it.." he looked down shyly. Akaashi blushed a bit more, "Th-then..um, could I do it again?" he asked quietly, he was answered with a nod of the other boy's head. Lifting the hazel eyed male's chin gently he leaned down and kissed him deeply again. The smaller boy's cheeks turned a bright pink as he tilted his head up into the kiss his hands moving up to lightly hold Akaashi's wrists.

The setter kissed Koichi tenderly, but deeply at the same time and it confused, but also excited the blond, because it felt good. Akaashi pulled away and pressed his forehead to the smaller boy's, "I don't want you to cry like that ever again, okay?" he mumbled, becoming extremely affectionate as he nuzzled his nose against Koichi's softly, so to not hurt him. The hazel eyed male giggled softly at him, then frowned, "I don't think, I could keep that promise.." Akaashi kissed his nose again tenderly, "I'll make sure to make you smile everyday then." he smiled genuinely for the first time.
